## About Rattle
Rattle makes intricate sales processes easy to follow Revenue teams have detailed, important-to-follow sales processes — it’s your winning formula for securing new business & delivering a consistent customer experience. But we know as much as building out these processes wasn’t easy, it’s even harder to get teams to consistently follow them. Rattle addresses this through automation and AI by creating a two-way workflow between the sales tech stack (CRM, Clari, Gong, etc.) and engagement tools (Teams and Slack). Rattle’s unique approach improves efficiency & streamlines operations for companies like Twilio, Figma, Miro, Gitlab, Algolia, Notion, & Intercom who report a win rate lift of 20%, 15% higher renewal rates, 50% faster lead response times, and 5+ hours/week in time saved for sellers.

## Rattle Reviews
 ### 1. making our team's life way easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill C. | Senior AE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I think we can all agree that Salesforce isn't the most user-friendly CRM ... Rattle is making updating pipeline, getting info to my teammates, and keeping my boss updated much easier. Excited to have Rattle implemented before we bring on a new cohort of Reps so we can see the efficiencies at scale

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

No dislikes, but tech always comes with both a learning curve, and continually product improvements. The Rattle CS team is awesome and always helping us make the most of our subscription, and taking our product feedback head on to make Rattle an even better experience

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- allowing our VP of sales to have clean updated data for investor meetings is crucial
- making it easier for reps to update SF so that we can help our CS partners to succeed
- ensuring we don't drop any balls on moving a deal along so that we can speed up deal cycles

 ### 2. Incredible and Flexible Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean M. | Director of Marketing Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I like the easy to use interface. Non-technical people have been able to create powerful workflows. We created situational triggers that tell us about large deals getting pushed and escalate to management. We also setup data quality notifications when incongruent values are entered. (Opp name says "Upsell" but the Opp Type is "New Prospect", etc.)
I also think their marketing is really fun and has personality!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Minor dislike: I can't see all workflows that my company created in a single list. I can see the ones that I created, or the ones that everyone else created, but not a combined view. I'm told this is in product development and should be able to have it in the next release.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for two reasons: Data Quality and Pipeline Management. The Data Quality workflows look for abnormalities and helps keep things clean by alerting users to possible errors. The Pipeline Management workflows allow us to nudge people when things are dormant and ensure nothing goes cold.

 ### 3. Best Sales Automation Tool out there!!!!!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik R. | Sales Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle has transformed the way we maintain data hygiene in Salesforce.com and eased our manual workload to a greater extent. What I love about Rattle is not just the tool but the incredibly responsive team you have, who are very helpful and understand the problem they are trying to solve.

Rattle has reduced a massive amount of our manual workload and saved a lot of time for our Sales Ops team by automating data management for SFDC.com and alerting sales reps on the data that requires their attention. Rattle has helped automate and create alerts for many of our challenges from Past close date follow-ups, Forecasting updates, Invoice approvals, Closed Won/Lost alerts, Weekly data update alerts, Marketing lead alerts, Contracts signed alerts, large deal alerts, deal room feature and so much more.

Kudos to the team for such a fabulous tool and for delivering an enriching customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Nothing to dislike yet. The product is great and always if we have an additional feature request, they ensure they review the same on their road map on the future so no complaints.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle has solved many of our data hygiene issues in salesforce.com. With the use of our Slack messenger as a single tool, the sales reps can update data from past close dates, to their forecast, next steps and much more with a click of a button, rather than logging into salesforce.

 ### 4. Read this if you care to have clean data and a happy sales team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia K. | Senior Manager Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Ease of use. A rattle alert can be set up in a couple of minutes. It takes away the complexity of Salesforce and motivates the team to keep good data quality. We can also leverage Rattle to send reports to non-SFDC users, which may represent a good cost saving for companies that have not rolled out Salesforce company wide.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Not much to dislike honestly. The team is super helpful when additional support is needed and they are also very happy to take the user feedback into account when looking into improving the overall product.
Seeing how great it connects with Salesforce, I can't wait to set it up with other tools such as Zendesk, Hubspot and Salesloft.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data quality is an issue for most companies. Making it easy for reps to update the data is the solution. Rattle makes it super easy. We were able to remove a good number of validation rules in SFDC (which cause a lot of frustration for the users, at the point they give up updating opps and accounts). With Rattle the alert comes in when you need it and the actions are straightforward for the users.
We handle manager escalations as well: if updates are not performed timely, alerts can be sent to the owner managers.

 ### 5. the BEST solution for simple automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Very short learning curve and all the functionality you need to start automating workflows

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

At this point, i have nothing but positive things to say. Great tool

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowed us to create automation to assist in pipeline cleanliness, accelerate pipeline creation, Accelerate deal velocity, and create automated reminders when manual actions need to be taken.

 ### 6. Incredibly efficient and easy to use!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

My company has Rattle integrated with Slack and this has made me beyond efficient. A past version of me was religious about logging calls and activity in SFDC but as things get busy I get a little lazy there. Rattle has made it easy to log calls directly from Slack and update contact records. I know my manager and SFDC are admin happy!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I am not at all involved on the admin side but there have been a few times where something has misfired or no activity reminders pop up. This usually happens when an update is being pushed and is resolved in 24 hours.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am now logging every single call, updating contact records in Salesforce and taking quick meeting notes. This is extremely important as we all know Salesforce hygience is key and its the first thing to slip when reps get busy!

 ### 7. Sales Ops and Rev Ops DREAM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maninder S. | Head of Growth, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle makes it dead simple to automate tasks that are the bane of sales management, individual sales reps, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, and executive teams. Data hygiene, up-to-date information, and reliable reporting is made insanely easy for end users enabling everyone else around them and removing the need to harangue individuals about "updating their pipeline".

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

No major flags here. Given the simplicity of use here there is a tradeoff in sophistication but at the same time we've all used awful products that are way too complicated and Rattle does a good job of being that.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Pipeline visibility
- Data hygiene
- Process adherance
- Easy prospect followup
- Automating large chunks of sales management
- Making my life as a revenue leader a lot easier

 ### 8. Rattle is an EXTREMELY useful platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leiann S. | Revenue Operations Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I love that it automates so many things and allows you to work in Slack to update things in Salesforce. I also love how user-friendly it is and makes a lot of things very convenient to do.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I don't think I've really run into anything that I dislike yet. I do really wish that the interface had dark mode because I turn everything to dark mode because it's easier on my eyeballs.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It bridges the gap between Slack and Salesforce and makes you able to work on your leads/contacts directly in Slack and updates into Salesforce so you don't have to keep going back and forth. It also sends reminders to add notes, update leads/contacts, etc.

 ### 9. Visibility, Actionable Insights, & Amazing Company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle is hands down the best tool on the market when it comes to integrating your Salesforce CRM & Slack technologies. It seamlessly integrates your SFDC CRM with Outreach, GCalendar, and allows you to build Workflows & Approvals to directly ping Slack channels or DMs. Leveraging Deal Rooms is another amazing feature to automatically provide a single channel to allow cross-functional collaboration around a specific Account or Customer.

Not to be overstated, but working with Rattle is also one of the best vendor relationships that I've had. From engaging with a new business AE, the Head of Customer Success, and the CSM team, Rattle is an absolute pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There are some limitations due to Slack's infrastructure that make the ability to design processes as we see fit. For example, Slack doesn't allow you to have a 'Slack bot' un-archive channels, which would make it much easier to build some of the deal channel flows.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle provides the visibility & actionable insights needed from an operations perspective. Not only that, but they help with clean data (auto-creating contacts, clean up opp data, etc) and provide the necessary automation to make sure that the data hygiene is there as well.

 ### 10. Rattle has been such a value add!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

We use Rattle to notify AEs when there's action to be taken, we use it to keep the leadership team updated on any changes to pipeline and we've found that the alerts are great for keeping the broader organization informed of updates to the sales team. The more we use Rattle, the more we find unexpected uses.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

The only limitation I notice in the platform is that you can't build a rattle to trigger on a relative date. You can't set a trigger to run "today" or if there hasn't been activity for 7 days from create date. You can always build a workaround where you create a checkbox that updates at the desired time, but it requires a more setup on your end to get the trigger going. This definitely isn't a reason not to get Rattle, though. We've seen great value in the platform.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadership visibility first and foremost - our sales leaders get alerts at various stages of the pipeline. Second, it's helping our reps with salesforce hygiene. We even use Rattle to trigger new bookings alerts so the entire company can cheer when we sign a new deal.

 ### 11. This is how the Salesforce/Slack integration should actually be

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle is very intuitive and easy to use. We have workflows created for Sales, CS and Operations for things like lead assignment, opportunity stage progression, weekly reports, new account assignments and deal rooms. The Rattle team is also very responsive and helpful whenever you have questions about the product.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

We aren't a huge company and it's easy to create a ton of workflows. You can filter the list of your workflows but it would be great to have more options to easily see how many workflows you have per object, the last time a workflow sent a message, etc. Branching workflows would be great to cut down on total number needed.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle makes it easy for our users to take action on things, whether it's a newly assigned lead that needs to be worked or an opportunity that needs to be updated. It also allows our Sales managers to easily stay in the loop on important deals

 ### 12. Tremendous tool for Salesforce Hygiene and Keeping Leadership Informed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eli K. | Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I love the Rattle platform as it allows us to really improve our Salesforce hygiene through timed alerts to Slack. Additionally, it helps to keep our leadership team informed on opportunities moving through the pipeline, ones we've lost, and ones we've created. The Customer Support is absolutely wonderful and they go above and beyond to try to brainstorm possible solutions to any Salesforce hygiene issues we may have.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Honestly - I don't have a negative thing to say about Rattle. We've been using it for maybe 5 months and we've seen a large improvement in our Salesforce hygiene.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle is solving our problem of Salesforce hygiene through timed alerts to our reps. This allows me (Revenue Operations) to not have to chase answers from our reps.

 ### 13. Amazing workflow automation capability for modern organizations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

The easiness use and speed of workflow deployment. In just a couple of clicks you can parameter a workflow for the whole org.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Some beta features not yet fully deployed and some field logics and naming that we need to get familiar with. It would be great not to erase the filter value of an object each time with change the parameter or added a new filter object.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operational Rigor in sales process and efficiency. Communication aspect on specific events. Approval workflows.

 ### 14. I love Rattle!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle makes Salesforce way better by providing better notifications through Slack, and my sales team is much happier! It's really easy to use, and their support is top knotch.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Nothing at the moment. I love working with them! They are always coming out with new features that are helpful. There are a few things I'm waiting on them to create, but I know they are on the roadmap.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was hard getting good notifications out of Salesforce, especially for certain sales workflows. Rattle helps solve this by providing a great interface and integration with Salesforce that allows me to create custom Slack notifications and get the info in front of my Sales team when they need it the most.

 ### 15. Amazing- great tool, super helpful team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I think the tool is super easy to use. It's solving a very real problem. I appreciate how clean the integration is and how quickly you can set up and edit workflows. I also love how you can test out workflows before saving.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

It has limited functionality right now (only salesforce to slack, but I think this will change eventually). Sometimes there are small bugs but the team is incredibly responsive.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle is making it easier to get updates about Salesforce directly in Slack. This is crucial to my team because we operate heavily in Slack and we need to know when changes are being made in SFDC.

 ### 16. Rattle is a game changer for hygiene and productivity!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon B. | Sales Operations Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle is awesome. The real time alerts for our Reps have helped massively with enforcing Salesforce hygiene all while making things easier for the Rep.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Not much. The tool itself is fantastic. The UX on the administrative side could use a few enhancements, but overall it's great!

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We understand that our Reps are busy, and sometimes it may be difficult to get into Salesforce while juggling all of their deals. Bringing important updates to their fingertips is helping the entire org all around.

 ### 17. The only tool you need for slack alerts from SFDC

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arash A. | Data Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Incredibly easy to use. Set up/modify alert workflows in minutes.

There is virtually no lag time between a trigger even in SFDC and the proper alert being posted to a channel/user in slack.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Not much to dislike -- UI can get cluttered if you have a large number of workflows in your org.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tools help us maintain the data integrity in SF across various objects as well as being the one-stop shop for all of our SF slack alert/approval workflows.

 ### 18. Great Partners to Work With

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phillip T. | Marketing Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

The product is fantastic and the team really listens to feedback on the platform from their customers. Both our sales team and marketing teams love the features that are included and it has helped keep our data cleaner while increasing efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Since it is relatively new, not all functionality has been built out but the comprehensive product road map shows where they are building and when features will be released.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the blind spots that our team has when it comes to data management and is increasing productivity for all departments using it.

 ### 19. Game Changing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee T. | Senior Manager of Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

This tool is so user-friendly and easy to use. It takes no time at all to set up new slack bots or change existing ones.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There is nothing I dislike about this software.

**Recommendations to others considering Rattle:**

This tool should be an absolute requirement for any business using salesforce and slack every day. If you are in sales operations, sales management, or enablement you will blow your team away with this software.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce cleanliness and cross-functional communication. All internal communication about our customers use to only exist in slack... which isnt the easiest to manage over time. Now all customer slack communication gets captured in Salesforce

 ### 20. brings real time data to light and for tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda I. | field operation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

ease of use, real time tracking and data

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

data may not always be accurate or self of access

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mitigating missed service or tech appointments/issues

 ### 21. Rattle streamlines SFDC workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

It is easy to use and keeps processes very organized. A+ for Customer Support.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Nothing is jumping out here. Rattle has improved our processes and Jesse Sherwood has been an awesome resource.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One way we are using rattle is to have the leadership team add relevant info to SFDC Opps at specific times in the sales process via Slack.

 ### 22. Easy and Helpful to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter F. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle is a very intuitive software. Even after only spending a few moments with it you start to feel like an expert and understand all the tricks and helpful tools they offer.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I wish that there was an option to duplicate deal room workflows.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle helps automate many processes for our team including creating deal rooms to speed up communication for our sales team and generating reports.

 ### 23. Rattle is an incredible tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I find it extremely helpful. It provides the appropriate data that is needed to help me prepare for my upcoming meetings.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There isn't anything that I'm aware of that I don't like.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with preparation for meetings. I have alerts set at a particular time before my meetings

 ### 24. If you use Slack and SFDC, you need Rattle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avery n. | S, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle makes my sales reps' lives easier while keeping our SFDC clean

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There's not much to dislike about Rattle and they are constantly improving their product.

**Recommendations to others considering Rattle:**

Start with a couple of simple workflows to get people involved and then get more and more sophisticated. I've found that my reps prefer receiving notifications in slack and editing directly in there as opposed to hopping into SFDC.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation rules can only do so much, Rattle allows us to have a squeaky clean SFDC without putting a heavy burden on our reps. Our reps are almost 100% on the road so the ability to fill out required SFDC info directly from the slack app on their phone is a huge help.

 ### 25. Solving a complex problem with an easy to use solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick H. | Growth Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

We'd previously struggled with Salesforce's native implementation of Slack alerts. Which were extremely restrictive, uncustomiseable and were hard to administrate. Thank goodness I discovered Rattle. I can now set up dedicated alerts for dedicated channels and the solution is felxible enough to do pretty much everything we can want. It's a really elegant solution. The ability to customise the alerts and add in what links and fields you need is what really makes it mission critical for us. We have set up dedicated channels for customers and sales prospects and all the information that happens with that account flows through to Slack, the team love it! Also the Rattle team are setting a high bar for customer service and care. They understood our problems and helped us implement our specific use case. They are responsive to questions and super fiendly to deal with. I've never had a customer experience like it from a SaaS vendor.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There is little not to like. It would be nice to group the alert rules a little bit more smartly, perhaps with folders, but there is an option to apply tags which works well too.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting Slack notifications for activity in Salesforce felt impossible before. The offering from Salesforce for this didn't work well, at all and we were trying all manner of workarounds to try and make it work for our use case. After getting set up with Rattle, I had what I was looking for set up within 10 minutes. Our team is heavy users of Slack, and it is our "mission control," so now the activities people do in Salesforce instantly become visible to the whole team via the Rattle messages popping up in Slack. It's a significant productivity boost.

 ### 26. Rattle makes everyone's lives easier in a Slack-heavy org.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alston M. | Salesforce Administrator

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle makes it incredibly easy to set up complex workflows connecting SFDC to Slack. Our reps have always struggled with staying on top of updating certain critical fields in SFDC, so I set up a number of time-based workflows to remind them when they're overdue for an update and even let them make the appropriate updates from Slack with the click of a button!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Once you have lots of workflows set up in Rattle, it can get a little cluttered on the admin side, as there is not yet a good way to sort your workflows into folders. They do have a tagging feature, which alleviates some of this pain though.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Rattle to notify sales leaders when opportunities are closed, pushed out of the current quarter, stage changes on large opportunities, etc. We also set up several workflows to allow reps to make various common updates in SFDC right from Slack.

 ### 27. Excellent tool and team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Ease of use, configurability, customer success team's support

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

adoption and usage analytics could be improved. organization of the rattle workflows of just tags

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

pipeline management, recognition, accessible links

 ### 28. Rattle automates tons of useful things and make SFDC so much easier to live with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Great OOTB experience for getting started
Simple, no-code method for creating new workflows
Ability to make updates in SFDC directly from Slack is extremely useful
The ability to preview your alerts without having to enable them is very helpful for tuning the logic and ensuring you only get pinged when you really want to
Founding team are incredibly responsive and helpful, and really understand the problem they're targeting

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Dislike is probably a strong word, but there's functionality that would help drive greater adoption, which I know the team is working on - with what is available right now, there's very little to complain about

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SFDC updates/hygience is the bane of most GTM organistions, but Rattle manages to both improve the quality of the data being entered (which sales leaders and Sales Ops care about) with actually adding value to the reps and focusing them on things that will help the sales process

 ### 29. Game-changing Solution + Amazing Team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | Vice President of Revenue Operations & Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle is an easy-to-implement solution that has already transformed the way we work in SF/Slack. We've streamlined reporting/alerts for leadership; hygiene has never been better and Rattle has been returning time back to our reps. The support is world-class - thank you Apoorva for all of your help!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There is really nothing I can think of at this time.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting for leadership - we now have regular cadence reports pushed directly to Slack (less emails = win). Hygiene for reps - interactive buttons are a game-changing way for our reps to update the most important fields. Business-critical alerts pushed real-time - intent score changes, large ACV losses, etc.

 ### 30. Keeping SFDC Data Clean using Slack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinny P. | Co-Founder & Head of RevOps, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I love how I'm able to get easy alerts to my reps using Slack and giving them simple action buttons to update the fields my business cares about back in SFDC...all while never needing to log into SFDC. These are alerts range from simple reminders to actions requirements after specific dates.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Currently, when I want to reassign a record to another User based on a Rattle Action Button I cannot reference a User field. However, I was able to overcome this by using a SFDC Flow. Lastly, just realize if you refresh a sandbox and have Rattles you'll need to find their related workflows to avoid accidentally triggering from Sandbox testing.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data Hygiene, real-time alerts and action buttons directly within Slack

 ### 31. Keep work flowing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan L. | Head of Finance and Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Ease of setup and use to be able to keep information and work flowing within Slack, which is where our company communicates and works most often

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Very minor but it would be great if Rattles could be dynamically routed to a Slack channel based on a field from within Salesforce

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enable alerting and interaction with data through our primary communication tool. Speeds up work and reduces distractions of switching tools, while also simplifying data management

 ### 32. Great product, great people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I love the seamless integration that Rattle provides between SFDC and Slack. This "no-code" product is really neat! Rattle is extremely user friendly and the customer support is unrivaled for a product like this.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I think the organization / grouping of Rattle workflows could be an area of potential improvement. I do like the tagging mechanism that is available, but it would be nice if there was another way to structure or segment how workflows are displayed.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pretty much everything that impacts revenue operations and a large number of things that impact sales. We are using Rattle to track, automate, and streamline processes which makes life a whole lot easier for revops.

 ### 33. Great product and awesome customer success team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle makes our lives in Salesforce much easier.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Everything is working fine. We are happy with the product

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting our sales & services team with opportunities and account changes

 ### 34. Great product and amazing team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anamaria C. | RevOps Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle is making our lives easier especially through the integrations with slack and SFDC; it's great to be able to see real-time updates on different changes in SFDC and the alerts are really easy to create. Plus, the Rattle team has been really supportive, always ready to investigate any possible issues with us, and also offering us constant guidance.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Nothing that I can think of. There might be small optimisations that can be done, butI'm sure that the team will act on any ideas of improvement that they might receive.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle improved visibility on manyupdates in SFDC, and also helps us with monitoring data quality.

 ### 35. Game Changing! Helps sales be more productive, and helps keep our pipeline clean.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander D. | Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle helps our sales team stay on top of their pipeline.

Rattle Workflows allows us to create triggers to notify our AE team when they need to take action on Opportunities or Accounts.

The tool is super flexible, allowing you to essentially make updates to any field you might have in your Salesforce instance directly in slack.

Implementation of the tool is very user friendly, and the out of box workflows provided by Rattle means your team can get up and running with the tool very quickly

The post-meeting workflows have been super helpful for us. After our AEs hold a meeting, a rattle workflow sends the rep a notification that allows them to take specific actions on the opportunity (Update DISCO questions, Progress stages, adjust the amount, adjust the close date, set next steps, etc).

Our team loves how simple it is to use Rattle to update data in salesforce.

The onboarding experience was great.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Some additional filtering options for notification would be excellent. The Rattle team has been super responsive to recommendations for product features.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle helps a busy AE team stay on top of their pipeline. Allows our sales team to be more productive, not having to navigate through multiple Salesforce Pages/Records pages to update objects, which has resulted in an improvement in our fill rate for required fields.

 ### 36. An intuitive and seamless way to connect Salesforce, GCal and Outreach to Slack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan F. | Global Head of Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle connects Salesforce, Outreach, & Google Calendar to Slack and flags missing data fields for AEs/BDRs/SDRs to remediate directly from Slack. The new fields are updated instantly in Salesforce. This is super powerful and improves the data quality in the CRM dramatically. The team is also responsive & engaging.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

We have yet to surface any aspects of the solution that we do not like.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle first and foremost tackles challenges around real-time alerts & data quality across different systems. We are delighted to be receiving benefits from this visibility from the first couple of days and weeks.

 ### 37. I've not found another tool that can do what Rattle does.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsten B. | Revenue Insights & Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Before Rattle, we had one automation set up to post updates to Slack. This required development resources to build and was cumbersome to update, meaning as our business changed, the automation did not. Now that we have Rattle, I've been able to set up and enhance that use case and build out an additional 15+ use cases for our business, all in a matter of minutes. Our leadership team loves what we can do with this tool and consistently raises more use cases to implement. We have better visibility and better data quality than ever before as a direct outcome of leveraging Rattle. If you're a heavy Slack/Salesforce company, you absolutely need this tool!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There is not anything I dislike about this platform. In the 8 months I've been using Rattle, there was only one disruption in our service and the team was quick to resolve. They've also been very receptive to feature enhancement suggestions and other feedback.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Significant increase in visibility for leadership.
Increased data quality with alerts and quick updates to Opportunities through Slack.
Smoother operating processes for data monitoring teams.
Significant time saved for myself and other ops team members from 1) how easy it is to use the tool and 2) less time spent doing data cleanup.

 ### 38. Get this, you won't regret it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc-Antoine P. | Sales Operations Manager

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

The ease of use, the interface is clean and straightforward. The integration was effortless to set up, it was 3 or 4 clicks, and everything was up and running.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Nothing yet, so far everything has been seamless.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have automated reminders that took roughly 8 hours out of my month each month. I also automated multiple sales tasks, which the reps are pleased with.

 ### 39. Great Product To Use & Great Team To Work With

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph H. | Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle makes it easy to notify our sales team when they have an action to take and provides them a super intuitive way to make updates where they're already spending time - Slack. My team was thrilled when we told them that they could make the pesky close date or stage updates right from a slack alert. Showing my sales team the information that is important at the right moment has improved our forecasting and Salesforce hygiene significantly.

As a Salesforce admin, I've worked with many software companies, and there is no question that the Rattle team has been the most enjoyable team that I've worked with. They take customer feedback and work to brainstorm around it, rolling out new features quickly (which is a luxury that you don't receive with many partners)

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I haven't found much not to like. Any bugs get addressed and resolved within a day or so & we brainstorm feature requests to see if they are already on or could fit into the roadmap.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales and success team receive timely notifications in Slack and can take action directly from there, bumping up team engagement and keeping Salesforce data up to date.

 ### 40. Rattle has made it easier & more fun to create new processes and notifications for our growing team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah B. | S, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

As someone who wasn't a salesforce admin expert, the intuitive and lovely UI of rattle made making changes to processes and setting up notifications for the team really easy.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

The only thing i can think of is not being able to sort all my workflows/rattles by the object type, but they've rolled out tagging so that can take of any organization needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Rattle:**

The team behind Rattle are not only wonderful and prompt to always respond to request, they really understand the market needs and have built a beautiful interface. Every time I go to set up a new workflow I genuinely get excited because it's so easy and the tool is fun. HIGHLY recommend.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

uRolling out new processes and notifying different team members and groups of changes in salesforce would be difficult if I had to rely on salesforce only. I put my trust in Rattle to easily roll out new processes and notifications to stakeholders, this saves me time and unnecessary headache.

 ### 41. Rattle is an amazing time-saver for Sales teams and a great way to distribute data across teams.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil P. | Sr Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle workflows are easy to set up and fit a variety of use cases. The Slack integration makes it easy to alert people when changes happen in Salesforce, and it allows BizOps to automate sending out reports on a regular cadence. People are on slack all day, so receiving updates about their leads and opportunities right there is very convenient. Rattle also makes it easy to share wins with the entire company and provide key insights to leadership.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There isn't much to dislike about Rattle. The team is small at the moment, but they are adding new features every month to provide the most value for customers. One downside of Rattle is that it utilizes features only available on Salesforce Enterprise, which may push away potential customers at smaller companies using Salesforce Professional.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle is enabling our SDRs to act on inbound leads the moment they come in. Rattle allows the SDRs to get notified when leads come in and add them to an Outreach sequence straight from Slack. Since implementing Rattle, we've seen SLA compliance significantly increase. Rattle has also enabled us to easily hand off opportunities from SDRs to AEs by automatically creating a slack conversation between the 2 when a meeting is booked. We are also using Rattle to manage quote approvals from Salesforce. Slack alerts for approvals have made the process more efficient.

 ### 42. Straight forward, easy to implement & amazing collaboration with founders!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina D. | RevOps & Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I love the fact that is so easy to implement and support is granted fast and professionally. Aproova and Sahil were awesome from day 1, the set-up of the trail was very easy to do, the integration took literally 2 minutes and we were offered all the support and guidance through the whole process. Nothing changed when deployed, btw. :)

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Only the fact that we didn't have visibility on the Rattle stats directly in Salesforce but that's going to be fixed in less than 2 weeks with their new dashboard.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data quality is the problem we hope that Rattle will massively alleviate. And a couple of new use cases spurged as soon as we presented the tool to other departments.

 ### 43. Must have for Salesforce/Slack users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

How configurable it can be to our needs and salesforce instance. Our sales process is a bit different then traditional sales, so this is able to work to our advantage and help us configure notifications and action items as needed. Also how instantaneous the updates flow into slack. With Zapier it would take a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Wish had a bit more control over the time when reminders can be sent out but not end of the world.

**Recommendations to others considering Rattle:**

Leverage the Rattle team to get some great use cases on how to start using the platform. Endless ideas to run with.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are bringing more visibility to our different teams about action items to take in salesforce, accounts to re-engage with and easily being able to update crucial information for our sales leaders to view. And just overall sharing team wins with each other in slack channels for team moral

 ### 44. Rattle being our cheer leader for Sales Wins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ramya k. | Sr. Customer Success Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

In our office, rattle is integrated with Slack. Rattle gives us updates (from salesforce) to the whole team when the deal comes in or slips off.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Would be great if we can update salesforce via slack through rattle.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone in the team knows what's happening with sales targets. The cross-teams also emote & congratulate the stakeholders for a deal win via slack.

 ### 45. High value & easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron L. | Dir. Revenue Ops, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I love how easy Rattle is to use. New rattles can be created and pushed in minutes. Rattle makes it really easy for us to automate messages or updates from SFDC (new lead, won deal etc). It's also a great tool for keeping data clean in sfdc!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I wouldn't say it is a downside but be sure that you only have authorized folks making rattles so your slack doesn't get super bloated with updates/pings

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Automate deal/pipeline updates to non-sfdc users (great way to show how whales are progressing to c suite for example)
-Let reps know when they get new leads or opps
-Provide list of all tasks due today every morning
-Remind reps about opps stuck in a stage for more than 21 days
-Eventually we will also integrate with G Suite to prompt reps to update certain fields after a call w/ a prospect (follow up date, next step for ex)

 ### 46. The Perfect Solution for Connecting Slack and Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor R. | Salesforce Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle has helped us push notifications from our CRM to Slack, surfacing insights to those that need them in real-time. The dynamic routing of messages that Rattle offers is unmatched by anything that can be accomplished with the native Slack-Salesforce integration. It has allowed us to build complicated workflows within just minutes. The support from the Rattle team has been top-notch. If you're a Slack first company, Rattle is a must for your organization!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There's nothing to dislike. The team is super receptive to feedback and always available to answer questions.

**Recommendations to others considering Rattle:**

If you're a slack first company and using Salesforce, this product is a must!

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team can update records directly from Slack without having to go straight into Salesforce. We've been able to automate notifications and significantly reduce our administrative burden. Because Rattle is so user-friendly, you don't have to be a tech expert to build workflows, which is a huge benefit.

 ### 47. Rattle enhances our Salesforce workflows and reduces time to create complex workflow rules!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Ease of use. You can start making complex workflows in minutes. The impact for my company was immediate.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Some limitations due to Slack and/or Salesforce (one example: unable to create time-based workflow rules from a formula field). Other than that, it is a really great product.

**Recommendations to others considering Rattle:**

Check out the inspiration library they have available. There are many workflow rules to help you get started. Consider where you can automate posts in Slack from Salesforce.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managers were manually writing win stories in Slack when an opportunity closed. Now, the rep rights a powerful win story, and it is automatically posted in our Slack channel for wins. The win stories are consistent now and immediate (no lost win stories if a manager is on PTO).

Reps can update opportunities from Slack. One of my favorites is an automated Slack message to the rep when the Close date is past due... The rep can udpate the date in Slack without opening Salesforce. So Opps are staying updated.

We have also been able to add SLAs for our sales team. The connection to Outreach has also been really helpful for our team since they can send a sequence directly from Slack.

 ### 48. Get Rattle!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam W. | Sales Operations

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

It streamlines a lot of data hygiene & the support you get from the team is unmatched! All of the reps at my company love it and have found it so so helpful.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There's nothing at all that I can think of that's bad about Rattle.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle solves quite a few things. Firstly, it allows data hygiene in SFDC to be so much easier. I can get notified if anything changes and if there's something I need to update automatically, instead of reps having to let me know manually. I can auto-generate reports for specific teams at certain times that sit in SFDC to be sent via Slack. This automation allows me to get on with more pressing work.

I would like to be able to change the bot name, but I hear that functionality is in the works

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce data integrity, AE time, etc

 ### 50. Amazing Product

real-time notifications that allow users to act on things immediately.
greater team & individual visibility on deals that are entering our funnel and currently being worked.
