What do you like best about RapidRatings?

Their FHRs have proven great value to our risk assessments for our suppliers. We use FHRs as many times as we can for confidently assessing financial risk. FHRs are also easy to read and apply to our own risk ratings. Will Powell and Anthony Knox have been incredibly helpful in guiding us through all of the new features. What do you dislike about RapidRatings?

RapidRatings' HealthMark reports with low data depth is an area for concern. My suggestion would be adding a level of risk threat for that rating. If there is a small suplier and that is why there is little data depth, then that should be noted. If there is a very large supplier or enterprise critical supplier with low data depth, it would be interesting to see a way to highlight that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no downsides and our partnership and continue sync ups allows for enhancement roadmap discussions for new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RapidRatings solving and how is that benefiting you?

RR provides a full service to engage with suppliers and financial gathering, where other platforms do not provide. This allows the process to be managable with a smaller team.
