While the feature set itself is great, what I like best is the constant innovation and improvements. Alekh, the developer, is constantly improving and adding to the product. One of the things I dislike about RanksPro is actually not anything specific or unique to RanksPro itself as much as the nature of keyword research tools. I don't like the fact that there's relatively little consistency in the data between different tools. The same is true of SEMRush, Ahrefs and others. Each tool uses their own way of calculating search volume and other metrics, and each has a slightly (and sometimes not to slight) different metrics than the others. RanksPro is no different, so there is a bit of a grain of salt one must take when reviewing the keyword data of any single tool, as opposed to using the various metrics returned by different tools as a general guideline. I bought the tool as a replacement for a product I previously purchased, which was then discontinued.

I am really convinced by RanksPro. It helps in finding the right keywords, reliably tracks the keywords, and has great support.

It worked normally for a few days after purchase. Unfortunately, after some time the items stopped refreshing, or they refresh once every 2 weeks. Emails with notifications about positions are badly displayed (if they come because this is also rare). I reported this problem to support a dozen times, they said they fixed it and the problem still exists. I cannot recommend this software.

After exchanging several emails with support, the problem was fixed for 2-3 days and still returned. I wrote back to the last message to support but there was no more response from their side.

After another exchange of emails, support said there was something wrong with my email address (I've been using it for 10 years, never had a problem with any service) and that was the end of it. Support cut off my access to services. I.e. I could log into my account, I could see all the information I had entered, but the keyword ranking had not updated for a week (since the last email I exchanged with support). Of the 3 SEO tools I have tried, it is the most accurate (relative to industry leaders) and it's cost effective. I need a tool that's good enough that I can trust to give me data, but not break the bank as a small business. It fits this bill well! I have another SEO tool that I sometimes cross-check against but I suspect I'll cancel that one soon.

I like the fact that I don't need to pay hundreds of dollars a year-every year, for a subscription. As to the tool itself, I've been using it for 4 months. It's easy to navigate and understand, As an intermediate SEO, it has everything I need to keep my franchise website optimized and ready for prime-time.
