The RallyUp team has clearly amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the online fundraising world - they've done all of the heavy lifting for us! Their Customer Support was stellar - readily available, on-point guidance, thinking outside the box to give us insights when we needed them. We noticed different improvements to the donor experience as well, throughout our campaign. They're clearly working continuously in the background, improving their product.

If there was anything that presented an unexpected challenge, it would have been the livestream management tool. But are not experts in the livestream world, so weren't familiar with that process. That said, the RallyUp team created a mock experience to allow us to experiment and learn, it was incredibly helpful! Really can't say we disliked any aspect of the RallyUp service! The only small thing that doesn't always work well is the login/credentials component. There are occasions where you have to login, then you go to a different section to edit your experience, for example, and you have to login again. Rally Up was very easy to use and it walked you through step by step what you need to fill out to set up your raffle. It made it easy for people to purchase raffle tickets and I liked that it picked the raffle winners and I didn't have to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
