Great organisation providing a range of digital services **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2023 **What do you like best about RafterOne (formerly PixelMEDIA, GearsCRM, & Docmation)?** They have their own accelerators for Salesforce which really helped in implementation and made the entire process smooth and fast as well. **What do you dislike about RafterOne (formerly PixelMEDIA, GearsCRM, & Docmation)?** It's a merger of 3 companies so sometimes some departments do work in silos **What problems is RafterOne (formerly PixelMEDIA, GearsCRM, & Docmation) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rafterone has a range of offerings in the digital space and I wouldn't classify it as an agency but more of a preferred Salesforce partner since they have done a lot of successful Salesforce implementations. ### 2. I was pitching one of my clients for their digital marketing of platform change for their users in travel and food space targeting loyalty. Understanding my client's requirements was spot on and shows that they have expertise in personnel on that front. - Improving the new presence of client and not showing the previous system as needed. - Implementation of techniques to broaden the target audience. - Cherry on cake was attentive solution for text messaging as it eases the reach of client's migration users. The client already had attentive built in for their POS engagement. **What do you dislike about RafterOne (formerly PixelMEDIA, GearsCRM, & Docmation)?** There is very little to call out the dislikes. However, if I think of one, it can be costing can be improved for services as not all startups could bring in desired costing budget there sometimes. You'll love the demo, and the execution will be the same too. **What problems is RafterOne (formerly PixelMEDIA, GearsCRM, & Docmation) solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we are launching a product or service or rebranding/pivoting the product, digital marketing of your domain is needed to help get the appropriate engagement as early as possible. PixelMedia helps own the part for you, such as building and identifying the additional target audience and the user engagement towards the product Also, the team has a variety of solutions to excel the digitalisation on air. User-generated content marketing is performed so well that it becomes magic for re-engagement. Seamless migration to Salesforce cloud and controlling the basics from there is well executed by PixelMEDIA. ### 3.
