What do you like best about Radford?

What do you like best about Radford?

I've had our HR department use Radford to understand market-based compensation in our industry (life sciences). The surveys are super-detailed, organized by company size, and with salary information ranging from plate washers to various technicians, to scientist levels, and to management. Equity compensation information is also included, and Radford also publishes regular newsletters on salary changes and trends Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the gold standard - so it is priced accordingly. However, it can be a great tool in the war for talent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The level of accuracy and detail for compensation information, at least in life sciences, is unmatched.
