"Rackspace Cloud DNS has provided a reliable DNS service"

What do you like best about Rackspace Cloud DNS?

It's been a dependable and reliable DNS provider for several of medium to high traffic sites. Rackspace customer support has been great the very few times I have needed them. Their DNS service is easy to setup and intergrate with their other services or with third party services as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rackspace Cloud DNS?

I haven't personally experienced anything I've disliked about their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rackspace Cloud DNS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps manage our DNS needs for our sites we are hosting through the Rackspace Cloud. Their globally distributed Anycast DNS network provides a reliable DNS record for our sites which greatly reduces downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoyed the functionality of Rackspace. Provided a great, consistent server for our company's web presence. The technical support is far above industry standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seems like they have blamed other customers for being hacked when in reality, they should own the issue. I personally haven't experienced this problem though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
