Overally really great software. The results I have gotten using this software compared to others are better (reached higher delivery, open and reply rates). We've been using QuickMail for more than five years. It's one of those tools that we don't like to talk about because we've been able to build a robust automation protocol that works and enables our sales team to scale up their contact with prospects.

One important thing about having worked with QuickMail is that they don't want bad actors in their ecosystem. This has played out in multiple ways over time -- as an example, they were early to implement daily send limits to ensure that users weren't abusing the tool. Now, of course, that's common practice among email tools.

Good in-app mechanisms for maintaining do not contact requests that can be extended to a domain-level block (e.g. to prevent current clients from mistakenly being prospected).

- In app analysis is limited / inflexible to compare tests across multiple campaigns.
