"Save time, but the initial setup is a tough nut to crack."
What do you like best about QuickMail?

The best thing about QuickMail is that it automates emails. This saves my time and there's no need to do much. It helps in sending personalized emails so that they don't seem like spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickMail?

The dashboard of QuickMail is a bit technical. People who are new or have never used an email automation tool before take quite some time to understand it. It may feel less 'user-friendly' compared to other tools like Lemlist or Mailshake. Connecting an email account can be a bit technical. Setting up domain and security settings can be challenging. "Automated Outreach Made Simple"
What do you like best about QuickMail?

I use QuickMail for sending automated emails, mainly for business and outreach. It schedules emails automatically and sends follow-ups if there's no reply, which is super helpful. I like how it helps find and contact potential customers and track who opens or replies to emails. I appreciate that it tells me who opened my mail, how many times it was opened, and when it was opened. Everything runs so smoothly and is easy to operate. The initial setup was so easy, and I get every function easily. I highly recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Automation with QuickMail"
What do you like best about QuickMail?

I use QuickMail to ensure all my clients get replies, saving me time and effort while not forgetting anyone. The automated part handles everything like it’s me, and when I read the responses, they’re very professional and I'm impressed. I haven’t encountered any issues or mistakes with QuickMail. It’s been so easy to set up that I thought I was doing something wrong. It’s a real help because I don’t have the time or memory to handle what it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickMail?

I haven't had to think about disliking quickmail, it's a important piece of software that it's going to keep my business maintained forever as far as I can tell Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QuickMail - most versatile tool for true B2B cold emailing"
What do you like best about QuickMail?

1. Inbox-friendly: Emails actually land where they’re supposed to, no spam jail here

2. Leads that convert: It’s not just sending emails, it’s getting responses

3. Automation magic: Set it and forget it.

4. Customer support that cares: Real humans who actually answer quickly and don’t ghost you

5. Fair pricing: No sneaky fees. You get what you pay for, plain and simple

6. Always improving: New features and fixes drop regularly.

7. Rock-solid reliability: Few bugs, zero drama

8. No shady stuff: Honest, transparent, and built to help you win

9. CC is allowed on all cold emails, just create a custom field. Often in business, 2 or more people need to be contacted from the same company about the same thing. So gold! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickMail?

1. Don't know % of emails that are delivered versus bounced by ESP.

2. As of end of 2024, the ability of the platform to 'get it right' based on replies to then initiate a second series of emails sometimes not correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Switching to QuickMail was the best decision we've made for outbound in the last four years."
What do you like best about QuickMail?

We made the move from Salesloft to QuickMail in late 2024 after struggling with major email deliverability issues for over six months. Since switching, not a single issue. We now send cold emails with full confidence, and more importantly—we’ve seen a significant lift in first meetings booked, both for ourselves and our clients.

Beyond the platform itself, the team at QuickMail has been exceptional. Their support is fast, helpful, and personal. Whether it was onboarding, fine-tuning our setup, or day-to-day questions, they’ve been there every step of the way. They genuinely care about our success, listen to feedback, and go out of their way to build what we need.

QuickMail isn’t just a tool—it’s a true partner in our growth. If you’re a lead gen agency looking for a reliable, scalable, and incredibly well-supported solution, I couldn’t recommend them more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickMail?

Nothing to dislike yet. We have been very happy with the decision to work in QuickMail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review for Quickmail"
What do you like best about QuickMail?

QuickMail is most helpful for automating and scheduling email outreach across multiple accounts. It allows advanced campaign customization with different email content variations and sender profiles, all within a single campaign. Additionally, it provides clear analytics on lead engagement, such as opens, clicks, and replies, making optimization easy and data-driven. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickMail?

QuickMail is powerful, but the interface can feel a bit unintuitive at first, especially when managing complex campaigns with multiple conditions. Also, real-time syncs between inboxes and lead status updates could be faster. Still, its functionality outweighs these minor drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
