What do you like best about QuestionPro?

User-friendly interface that makes building and personalising the survey easy. The look and feel is intuitive. Questions can be easily appended, re-arranged and edited. There's also the live statistics page that tracks results on the fly. On top of all those, my favourite feature would be its capabilities to generate reports that I can tailor. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is our go-to to keep our tours fresh and meaningful. It's really, really easy to set up a great survey in just moments. When or if you have issues, their customer support team is just a chat away.

QP makes it easy for our Tour Guests at Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights to let us know how we are doing. With just a quick click of the QR code. We have thousands of people touring each week that use this survey every day and so this survey is important to us. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

There are various options for getting the survey into the hands of our clients, such as a Kiosk, email, or text messages. We even used it on tablets for capturing this information when staff meet with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

We download the data to pull the data together for each of our programs and as an agency. We are not able to do some of the groupings and totalling we'd like to do within QuestionPro, but are pleased that the data can be downloaded and manipulated, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is a robust and powerful survey tool. It has numerous advanced question types including conjoint and maxdiff, allows for advanced skip and branching logic, and has built-in tools to flag and review poor quality or fraudalent responses.

Some of my favorite features are the auto-focus mode on matri questions and ease of creating stunning dashboard using the BI visualization tool. I also love that we have a dedicated customer support manager who we can reach out to directly when we need assistance and send feedback for product enhancements, bugs. etc. The price is also significantly less than what we were paying for Qualtrics, and it appears to be designed for research agencies like ours rather than corporate enterprise users. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

We've come across a few minor things that QuestionPro can't do that I hope get added to the product soon. For example, you currently cannot view custom variables in the topline, crosstabs, or BI dashboard. We like to use custom variables when possible to pipe in known customer data to reduce the number of questions we have to ask and to assign geographic markets when respondents enter their zip code, but we can't display these results in the reporting tools. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is exactly the kind of tool I value—straightforward, effective, and customizable. It gave me full control to create a survey that wasn’t just generic but meaningful for what I wanted to accomplish. I appreciated how intuitive the setup process was, but also how it offered deeper features when I needed them.

The data collection and reporting tools stood out the most for me. Being able to see real-time responses and quickly pull actionable insights made the whole process feel smooth and efficient. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

As a nonprofit dedicated to bird conservation and supporting emerging conservationists, we appreciate the tools QuestionPro offers. The platform is user-friendly, which makes it easy for us to create surveys and we have been told it is also easy for our participants to complete them. We also value the various tools available for sharing our surveys.

Needing to renew the license every year and losing access to our surveys when it expires is challenging. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

Question Pro is a very useful tool to conduct surveys for stakeholders, local population, etc. to better assess which environmental education strategies would be more efficient to solve threats to birds, habitats and nature in general. The real-time reporting and analytics features of QuestionPro play a pivotal role in the post-event evaluation process. While QuestionPro excels in many aspects, providing pre-event surveys to gauge expectations and post-event surveys for reflections could further enhance the platform's utility for ski patrol regional training events. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

I love the ease of the program. I love that I can create what I need to, and do it quickly to get it out quickly to my target audience. I don't have to worry aout clicking 100 extra steps, it's very easy to figure out for a first time user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I wish that there was a way to see my past collaborations and answers and a way to just pay for one survey at a time. I don't have the need for a yearly subscription, but having an option to do one or two surveys would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used it for surveys, so for scheduling purposes mostly. I work with doctors so it's easy to create a survey that allows everyone to click on different time frames that work best for their own individual schedules rather than me having to do it one by one from another program. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

We are a registered charity No1120551 in the UK and have used QuestionPro for several years, we are a carnival organisation and find the program invaluable for collating entries into our annual carnival saving paper and reducing postage.

We also use it for getting online feedback from people who attend our carnival or watch online it for a satisfaction survey after our carnival each year to explore where we can improve our event which we find very useful.

So whilst we in no way use all that it offers, it does offer us what we need, fairly easy to use and is very useful to our organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuestionPro?

We switched from Qualtrics to QuestionPro and we are not missing any functionality for a better overall pricing fitted to our needs. I use QP weekly to run anything from simple feedback surveys to complex logic market studies. The depth of functionality within the Research suite is remarkable including filtered dashboards, correlation analysis, survey comparison etc. Implementing and connecting a surey to external panels and passing parameters went well, too.

CSM and Support teams are quick to respond and jump on a debug session to solve more complex cases we did for the first time (e.g. passing parameters to other systems etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

1. Paying for #users and not being able to add viewers to dashboards who can interact with the data. Only static dashboards can be shared.

2. Importing extra data is not very user friendly to a non technical user
