The warning that space is at full occupany only shows up when you can no longer add anything new. This causes me to have to re-do whatever I just made since its no longer able to save. The UI and UX of this product have made it so simple for us not only to create the surveys that are of vital importance to our nonprofit organization, It makes it easier for our clients to answer questions across multiple devices depending on what suits their needs. The analytic data is very easy to clean and view through different statistical lenses should an unorthodox need for explanation occur. This product has served its purpose and then some. I can perform international questionnaires to obtain data all over the world in real time to do comprehensive analytics and with the security that the surveys are encoded. There are many choices out there for VOC software platforms, some free and limited in capability and some very expensive and complex to manage. QuestionPro comes in several varieties and what's nice is that you can start small and add capability as you grow unline the more expensive platforms where you pay a lot for what you don't really need at the moment.
