Not happy with Qubole at all, it has degraded and is not a usable production-ready tool that performs without glitches. Qubole was bought over by some other company, their tools are not stable in a production environment, and don't have customizability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use and provides many choices with limited effort to retrieve data. For the EBS volume and the number of nodes, automated cluster termination to prevent waste, easy to turn between different languages such as Hive, Spark, Presto etc, I like the scalability function of Qubole. I like the very simple to comprehend and use interactive web interface for rapid analysis and creation of results. I don't like that if I press on the Notebook again, the Tables drawer closes immediately. When clearly locked, the table drawer must be opened. Qubole focuses solely on activation of results.
