What do you like best about Quantivate Complaint Management?

The area that I like most about this software is how it is designed it in a simple way and easy to navigate. As for me, the interface seems to be rather friendly and clear, and even if there are a lot of various options, it is easy to get lost and make no mistake. I also have enjoyed the option of setting the custom complaint categories and the tracking complaints in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantivate Complaint Management?

On the other hand, what I find least preferable is that, at times, the homepage might take time to load, which may be inconvenient if I am, for instance, troubleshooting. However, this drawback is small when stood against all the benefits that the Quantivate Complaint Management comes with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quantivate Complaint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Concerning how it has assisted me in solving problems, let me mention it has been useful to address complaints/claims from our customers. It has enabled us to address each one of them more effectively and competently – which has helped to enhance our standing and , consequently, our customer satisfaction . If there is any entity out there seeking for a most likely the best complaint and claim management solution, I would not hesitate to recommend quantivate complaint management.
