The tool offers a lot of different functions and flexibility to tailor research projects to the requirements. Even for special cases, which are not explicitely considered in the design of the product, you can find nearly always a workaround due to its flexibility. The possibility to set-up interactive dashboards including advanced information (i.e. sginificance tests within and across variables) is extremely helpful and useful for internal discussions of reearch results. The possibility to process open-ended questions is not sufficient. It needs to be coded, analyzed separately and uploaded as static image or text back into the tool. I understand that this is a highly complex task for an automatic tool but something to consider to make this solution even more helpful in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of software in this category simply doesn't work very well, particularly on the back-end: buggy, broken, with no plan to fix it. That's not the case with Quantilope. This is well-engineered from front to back, and it's a delight to use something that works this well. Quantilope is a German company so I often compare the experience to driving a Porsche - just a very well-built machine.

Beyond the engineering, the real strength of the software is the Brand Tracking capability. I've used and/or demo'd lots and lots of software in this category, and nothing comes close to the Brand Tracking capabilities that Quantilope offers -- it's not even close, really. Data Analysis and Dashboarding is a seamless, intuitive process that yields good-looking data visualizations that I'm proud to present to my clients. As a market researcher, the workflow the software demands doesn't 100% make sense to me. I know that's something they are working to improve. And it doesn't play particularly well with Safari, which is the browser I normally use (I know, I know...). It works flawlessly on Chrome. These are minor quibbles. It's amazing software.
