We're able to execute advanced methodologies in-house which saves a ton of time and money, and the automated charting makes reporting much more efficient. **What do you dislike about quantilope?** Compared to other platforms we definitely see room for improvement on the programming interface and crosstabs. Certain functionalities (e.g., loops) that were essentially drag-and-drop features on other platforms don't exist on quantilope yet and require hefty manual programming. Meaning I can create an interactive report to share with my team and I can communicate the message in a visual way. I also appreciate that you can hover over the charts and it highlights the significant differences. **What do you dislike about quantilope?** When adding graphs to a insights dashboard I find it frustrating that I can't add mulitple graphs at once. It also isn't ideal that the insights dashboards aren't reactive depending on your screen size. For example I work on a large monitor so create the dashboards using the full width, however when my colleages view these on a smaller laptop screen they have to scroll sideways. I use this tool for qualitative and quantitative questionnaires which I often build myself. But the system is flexible and adapted to various situations, from full DYI to fully handled by Quantilope. Building reports and dashboards is very easy. Great value for money! **What do you dislike about quantilope?** The interface can sometimes be a bit temperamental, especially around reporting and exporting. I encourage using a high speed internet access. Even for special cases, which are not explicitely considered in the design of the product, you can find nearly always a workaround due to its flexibility. The possibility to set-up interactive dashboards including advanced information (i.e. sginificance tests within and across variables) is extremely helpful and useful for internal discussions of reearch results. **What do you dislike about quantilope?** The possibility to process open-ended questions is not sufficient. It needs to be coded, analyzed separately and uploaded as static image or text back into the tool. I understand that this is a highly complex task for an automatic tool but something to consider to make this solution even more helpful in the future. **What problems is quantilope solving and how is that benefiting you?** With this tool I can cover nearly all quantitative research requests as self-service for the company. The budgets required for such projects are much lower and can be conducted more quickly. Also, the possibility to run additional analysis based on the collected data is very helpful. ### 28. That's not the case with Quantilope. This is well-engineered from front to back, and it's a delight to use something that works this well. Quantilope is a German company so I often compare the experience to driving a Porsche - just a very well-built machine. Beyond the engineering, the real strength of the software is the Brand Tracking capability. I've used and/or demo'd lots and lots of software in this category, and nothing comes close to the Brand Tracking capabilities that Quantilope offers -- it's not even close, really. Data Analysis and Dashboarding is a seamless, intuitive process that yields good-looking data visualizations that I'm proud to present to my clients. That's a big deal and something I don't believe any other platform in the world can offer at any price. **What do you dislike about quantilope?** As a market researcher, the workflow the software demands doesn't 100% make sense to me. I know that's something they are working to improve. And it doesn't play particularly well with Safari, which is the browser I normally use (I know, I know...). It works flawlessly on Chrome. These are minor quibbles. It's amazing software. **What problems is quantilope solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Quantilope is fast. There are two reasons. First the software is powerful enough on the analytics side that I don't need to export the data to Excel or a third-party analytics suite -- I can do basically whatever's needed within QLP. Second, there are lots of choices when it comes to visualizations and they look great without any manipulation. Client-ready, straight from the software. The two together saves a ton of time. ### 29. The platform has enabled me to serve the constantly evolving research needs of my organization: I've been able to conduct needs-based segmentation, PSM (Van Westendorp), and brand trackers in a span of 6 months by utilizing the qlp's platform. Another advantage of qlp's is its responsiveness and real-time visibility -- for each project I handle, I'm able to see how data is being collected and track trends before fielding is complete. Aside from the functional benefits of the platform, the human aspect is also superb. The qlp team has become an extension of the research team. The qlp team is always super responsive, ready to help and amendable to our needs. They're involved in brainstorming sessions and eager to provide feedback on how to make research more robust and actionable. **What do you dislike about quantilope?** There are no downsides to the use of the qlp's platform -- though, there is room to improve the coding of open ends so that this type of data could be "ready-to-use" as it's available for the closed-ended type of data. **What problems is quantilope solving and how is that benefiting you?** Different types of consumer research that have ranged from needs-based segmentation, PSM (Van Westendorp), to brand trackers. ### 32. It's easy to choose the type of survey, draft it, and launch. We have also had a positive experience with the customer team because they reply to us promptly. **What do you dislike about quantilope?** The data analysis tools are impractical for my team's needs. Filtering data to see graphs within the quantilope platform is not intuitive and sometimes not possible depending on my needs, so I end up exporting the raw data to excel and working with that file. It's just a lot more work for the same outcome compared to other survey analysis tools I have used. **What problems is quantilope solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use quantilope to survey my company's customer base and to access survey panels of potential customers. The data from these surveys help drive product decisions. ### 33. They're always very responsive and easy to work with. We always have extremely tight turnarounds and we've found them to be the best partner at accomodating these requests without slowing things down. **What do you dislike about quantilope?** The programming capabilities on Quantilope could definitely be improved. For example, we're unable to created other specifies, which is a VERY standard practice in research. There's also some other limitations like this that other platforms (most notably Qualtrics) allow for. **What problems is quantilope solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantilope is the best solution we have for quick research among people who are not our customers. This research was only useful because of how quickly they were able to conduct the research. ### 34. They've taken the most onerous details doing these methods and made it a non-issue. **What do you dislike about quantilope?** Quantilope wants you to do everything in their platform - from survey design through report creation. The exportable options are limited and can be a bit frustrating, especially if you need to create branded reports in powerpoint or google slides. **What problems is quantilope solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to run max-diff, conjoint, implicit association, and pricing sensitivity work. Quantilope makes these so easy - both from the design and analysis perspective. It works "out of the box." ### 35.
