If we had a more unified strategy as an organization, we could replace several of our specialized software tools with Qualtrics since the functionality is there. But that is an Us Problem. The power. There's so much that I can do with Qualtrics – and I keep on figuring out new ways to use the platform to deliver value to my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research (formerly CoreXM)?

There's a learning curve, and while Qualtrics does a fine job with support its educational roots are obvious, and it could stand to be a little more intuitive. My biggest hangup is with customer service and support. It's deteriorated markedly since I first signed on with Qualtrics, with a new account manager every year who doesn't even do me the courtesy of reaching out to talk in person. I may seem like small potatoes to them, but I teach how to use Qualtrics at the local university in addition to using it in my business, so I'm actually influencing the next generation of Qualtrics users ... and they can't grasp that. Finally, every change that's been made to the product over the last five years has made it worse. I'm paying more for an arguably inferior product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qualtrics is simply the best-in-class product for experience management, especially surveys. It's got all the features you could ever want (possibly too many), and if you can dream of what insights you want to gather, Qualtrics has a way to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research (formerly CoreXM)?

The user interface is too complicated, leading to the necessity for dedicated training on the tool, which they seem to outsource to other firms for some reason. The ramp-up is a bit rough, and it's somewhat hard to integrate with other tools. Once you're up and running, it's great, but the learning curve is a bit too steep. I've found that we utilize probably a tenth of the feature set that we could use, which is great and powerful for us, but it is a little over-built and unnecessarily complex for our needs. Qualtrics can be too advanced for its own good in some cases. Certain tasks that should be simple are more complex than they should be. The platform I used prior to Qualtrics was a tenth of the cost and made certain things easier. Regardless, Qualtrics offers too many advantages to go back. Before I had Qualtrics, I was using Excel for all my survey dashboard needs. While it worked, it was much more difficult to provide fresh data, as it took me time to process it all. WIth Qualtrics, my key stakeholders can get in and look at their survey results in real-time via dashboards I've built specific to their needs. They can filter for nearly anything they could ever want to see. It has far advanced our ability to digest data & gather insights. The survey design itself provides advanced logic, allowing me to tailor any survey to our needs. The design looks slick & professional. What do you like best about Qualtrics Strategy & Research (formerly CoreXM)?

Qualtrics is very easy to use inorder to implement the survey you are creating. Once you have created a survey you are happy with it can be adapted and edited for use on future projects. I have personally built one survey and used it on a weekly basis changing only minor details (title, location, names) to work for that project.

I took one online seminar through my employer and felt compfortable and excited to use this software for my work. The customer support has been outstanding as they have offered additional sessions for help or pointed me in the right direction for my answer.
