What do you like best about Qualtrics DesignXM?

The capabilities to collect insights are powerful. There are a lot of tools at your disposal.When it comes to insight tools on the market, it's the best I have used, though there is always room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics DesignXM?

It's not the most intuitive software, especially in getting into more intricate designs. The reporting across the platform is absolutely difficult to use (well), and that makes it a challenge. I wish there was more opportunity for the automation of distributions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualtrics DesignXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Qualtrics DesignXM?

Qualtrics DesignXM software platform is fairly easy to learn and use. Customer service and support are very prompt and helpful. It is a good tool to use for elaborate surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics DesignXM?

For most elaborate surveys, it is important to be able to get a good handle on respondent quotas and ensuring good quality of data. I found that the filtering of speeders and bots was not very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualtrics DesignXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qualtrics helps to design surveys that could be used in elucidating voice of the customer, as well as for product messaging, segmentation and pricing studies.
