What do you like best about Qualtrics DesignXM?

What I like best about Qualtrics DesignXM is the ability it provides to streamline the entire process of designing and developing digital products. Its powerful visual editor allows you to build interfaces very quickly using an extensive library of components, and also to program the behavior between elements directly from the design rules without the need to code. Additionally, integration with Qualtrics Test&Survey makes it possible to easily export prototypes for user testing, collect usability metrics, and then import those valuable insights into the design for iterative improvement. While the variety of templates, widgets, and features available is vast and allows you to create virtually any type of project, for someone new to the world of quantitative design, the initial learning curve can be somewhat steep. It requires hours of practice and trial and error to fully master all the available menus, options, and shortcuts. What do you like best about Qualtrics DesignXM?

The most sophisticated surveying tool I've ever used. And it includes all the elements required for creating a survey. I definitely benefit from the ability to set up workflows and get department-specific approvals. The process of creating the survey has been made easier by the addition of pre-filled rating scales. Despite having a user-friendly interface, learning how to implement all of its capabilities might be difficult. Because of the UI's extraordinary feature set, it takes a lot of time and effort to become familiar with it. There is a significant learning curve. What do you like best about Qualtrics DesignXM?

It is the most sophisticated tool that I have used for surveying. It has all the tools that are required for preparing a survey. The ability to create workflows and department-wise approvals is very useful for us. The pre-filled rating scales make it very easy to quickly prepare a survey. What do you dislike about Qualtrics DesignXM?

The UI being very user-friendly it is very hard to learn all the features. The UI is so rich that it takes a lot of time to learn it and get used to it. The learning curve is high. The newer reports / data tabs are wayyyyyy worse than the original version. The OG version used to give you a whole view of ALL questions by default, which was amazing!!! I miss it so much Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
