What do you like best about Qualtrics BrandXM?

No coding skil is required. BrandXM's dashboard design module is unmatchable which encompasses real time data synchronisation, TextIQ and sentiments analysis. Wide range of available widgets facilitates to build a interactive and dynamic dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics BrandXM?

Inadequate availability of knowledge base and tutorials to learn it. Survey module is not that powerful to design complex surveys. Also it's a bit difficult to design maxdiff and conjoint analysis with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualtrics BrandXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Used this tool for basic survey building and dashboard designing to identify the brand/product value and awareness accross the sample. Gives you the opportunity get honest perspective of collegues for different questions. Provides the ability design and create your own surveys. Also, gives you the ability to improve the quality of your survey. Easy to analyze survery responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics BrandXM?

I dislike the fact that I can't find broader training on advanced features of qualtrics. For the average user it might take a while to fully get the jist on how to properly use all of qualtrics functions. Other than that there is not big dislikes that a user can't handle. What problems is Qualtrics BrandXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a quick way to gather responses from faculty and staff members of my college. Many of my collegues are always "on the go" so when you need answers the important questions or you want others opinions on particular subject, then it's a quick and easy solution to getting the information you need. In particular, I am on the governance committee for my college and i have used the qualtrics to get input on when to schedule meetings for upcoming semesters.
