We’ve been using Qualer CMMS/Calibration software and have been impressed with its performance. The software is intuitive, making it easy to train our team and integrate into our operations. It provides all the tools we need to manage calibration processes efficiently and keeps everything organized and accessible.
What really sets Qualer apart, though, is their customer support and willingness to collaborate. The company has been fantastic to work with, especially when we’ve needed specific changes or customizations to fit our business needs. Their responsiveness and flexibility have made a significant difference in optimizing how we use the software.

Qualer is user friendly when adding new assets or updating and retrieving information on existing assets. The information is nicely displayed and is easily sorted. I like being able to add pictures of each unique asset or alternatively, use stock photos that I upload or that are already in the Qualer database.

I do not use the Service/Work Orders function and unfortunately this is the only way to make calibration stickers. I would like to see an easier way for me to make calibration stickers using Qualer.

The ability to utilize Qualer for literally everything associated with asset management and calibration system management. I genuinely appreciate the fact that Qualer was built by people in the calibration and biopharma industries. Everything is so intuitive and dynamically useful that I have used Qualer in two separate industries and I couldn't see myself using any other system.
Their mass loader is also one of the most intuitive I have ever used. It is so easy to build an entire program off if it. Just as easy though is the creation of new instruments!
In one of my implementations of Qualer, we sent their compliance folks through the ringer. They genuinely put on a master class on how to deal with a client; they had answers for everything. It truly validated my decision to choose Qualer for our needs and I don't see any other tool that is dynamic as this one.
These wonderful folks have learned from 20 years of digital asset/calibration management and built a tool based on the needs of both technician and manager of a program.
I have been a super user/SME/Admin/technician that has used many QMS in the past. I can assure you, this one is the best.

We use Qualer every day as part of maintenance management and is so easy to use. It is super intuitive for what you need to do. I love the fact that all users have the ability to find calibration certificates, reports on their own. It was super easy to integrate our information into Qualer and they were very easy to work with in accomplishing this. The costumer service is out of this world. I really appreciate and enjoy the user-friendliness and ease of use of the cloud software solution. The best thing I appreciate about Qualer is how open the team is to implementing suggestions and how forward they are in addressing issues. Our contact, Chris, is always keeping us informed about current and new updates. They're always available to address any number of questions we have as well.
