I've been using Quaderno since 2017 and I wouldn't switch it for any other tool. It allows me to calculate taxes anywhere in the world and integrate it with multiple stores at once, so I can focus on what's important: selling. But that's not its only strong point, Quaderno is much more than an invoice automation tool, it also allows you to enter your expenses and generate very comprehensive reports about your business. Perhaps the most uncomfortable thing is that if you make a mistake on an invoice, you can't fix it immediately manually. It should be possible if the automation hasn't worked well. This has happened to me a couple of times and it's quite uncomfortable. But, considering that no application allows you to do it by law, this reinforces the reliability of this App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Indeed, as you mentioned, invoices cannot be modified due to legal imperative. We know it's a bit inconvenient, but at Quaderno, we comply with tax regulations 100%.

The state my business operates in has very complicated sales tax boundaries, and we have been looking for a budget-friendly plugin for our Wordpress site + WooCommerce store that calculates sales tax more specifically than just zip code. The Quaderno team adjusted the sales tax calculations to combine zip code & city name to choose a sales tax rate and has allowed our business to expand in delivery area! I had a lot of questions about the reporting in the Quaderno portal and the customer service was great. They have timely responses, explain everything thoroughly, and actually update their plugin to their best ability to help fit your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting could still use a bit of work in terms of listing the tax rate names of unincorporated areas (the 1% RTD tax in the Denver Metro, for example) , but compared to the price of other similar plug-ins it isn't a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it gives errors and you can't have the speed you would like when checking or modifying your invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to implement their API to determine the tax for different sales for us as a platform where many different cases are covert. And the price is extremely competitive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In countries like the US where there are almost 3000 different tax codes, Quaderno is not precise enough because they only have less than 10. So I hope that they add more in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The benefit of Quaderno for us is that we don't have to bother about correct VAT invoicing worldwide. It helps our digital ecommerce business to pay taxes in any country that we have to, without too much overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quaderno could only get better if it would also handle the tax payment itself as a One Stop Shop. But that's something the tax authorities would have to enable I guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automatic tax calculations are very useful with checkout links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I ask Quaderno support if they support more than 1 Stripe account, they say yes. And then I find out that checkout url's are only linked to one of those two. I can't select a specific Stripe account for a specific checkout link. Now it's €98 monthly instead of €49 monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are sorry to learn that your experience with us has not been as good as expected. We very much appreciate your business. Hence, we would like to clarify the confusion. You can indeed have as many Stripe accounts as you wish, and Quaderno will manage the tax and create invoices for all of them. However, only one Stripe account can be attached to our checkout. Having said that, it's something on our roadmap in the medium-long term.
Regarding the pricing, please feel free to email us so we can verify it. From our side, we don't see that any upgrade has been made to your account; it appears that you're still using the same plan as before with the same pricing.
