If a contact containt incorrect information, its sometimes hard to get get it corrected. I wish there was a manual override to correct address info on an incoice ones it has been automatically created. But I undertand that is legally not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quaderno really removes a worry for our business: making sure we comply with sales tax all over the world. It is automated and pain-free. Their customer service is also great; I always receive quick and helpful replies for any of my queries, even if it turns out the issue was not with Quaderno but another piece of software we use. Everything works as expected. Syncing from Stripe is automatic and quick. Anytime a payment comes in, invoice is added within seconds. Customer portal has more features than Stripe's builtin portal. Invoices design are really flexible with full control on the template (again much better than Stripe's builtin invoices).
