When I heard about automated manual administration, I got a kick which was very useful for my IT staff to increase availability with 24/7 easy accessibility. The customer must like it because of its features, like strengthening cybersecurity against the next cybersecurity threat. Kace is working on some of the features here, but the one thing I did not care for is that during a complete failure event the system does not easily reconnect to the cloud bucket that it previously stored data within.
