It allows my company to manage all its quality processes and procedures in one place, allowing my employees to gain access to elements they have been authorized to access. It was important to me as a user that Qooling is an easy and intuitive interface. It has greatly simplified and facilitated the process of compliance with our quality certification processes such as ISO 9001, which spends a lot of time and resources on our company. In general, we were very satisfied with Qooling. It would only be good if the customization processes were more flexible. In addition, it would be good to reduce the price of the software to a slightly more reasonable level. We expect the company to provide better service during the customer support process. What I like a bout Qooling the most is that I can adjust every form and procedure the way we want it in the company. I would like to see that in adjusting a form I can select where i would like the new field to come. Now I have to drag and drop or accept that is comes at the bottom. When I make a form with a lot of fields dragging and dropping can take a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
