What do you like best about Qobra?

As a sales rep, Qobra has been a total game-changer for managing my commissions. What do you dislike about Qobra?

As a sales rep using Qobra, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. First, although the platform is quite user-friendly, I found it took some time to become fully familiar with all its features and functionalities. There's definitely a learning curve. What do you like best about Qobra?

The best thing about Qobra is that my sales team now have independent visibility of their performance at any given time. It used to be that I have to keep sending them reports and I know the team lacked visibility into how they are doing/how they are earning. The fact that Qobra simplifies this is very nice as sales reps should feel in control of their performance at all times and shouldn't be guessing how they are doing. Our RevOps team helped introduce it to my team, so can't comment on ease of integration, but I think the whole organisation is loving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qobra?

The only small drawback is currency conversion - our organisation works across mutliple geo's and because of this sometimes currency round ups result in some cent differences. But this is insignificant and hasn't cause anyone major headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qobra?

What do you like best about Qobra?

Qobra facilite vraiment le suivi des rémunérations et des performances avec une synchro rapide et une vision claire. Keeping all data in 1 single platform

creating for each deal signed a row with all data and multiplicator for commission

There is no division of the deals won in each quarter (our plan is set to payout each quarter)

There is no visibility of the calculations for multiuplicators, percentage, etc: if you need to doublecheck uyou need to do calculation manually and then compare the results to the ones in Qobra Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qobra?

En tant que Client Success Manager, Qobra me permet de facilement comprendre mes targets et les différentes sous catégories qui font ma rémunération variable en amont de la période.

Tout le long de la période, j'arrive à visualiser où j'en suis en terme d'objectif mais aussi comment cela se traduit financièrement pour moi. C'est assez intuitif comme outil en tant qu'utilisateur et cela permet d'avoir une vision claire de ce qui me reste à faire et là où je pourrais atterir en terme de résultat et de KPIs. What do you dislike about Qobra?

Vis à vis de la fonction principale de Qobra je ne vois pas d'inconvénient, cependant cela pourrait être intéressant de pouvoir échanger avec mon administrateur dans le cas où il y a un disfonctionnement ou un élément qui en soit pas clair pour moi directement sur Qobra et non pas en asynchrone en dehors de la plateforme.
