I have used and implemented several different idea management platforms and QMarkets has impressed me with how easy it has been to integrate, launch and use. I really like the level of Customer care that is available throughout go-live preparation and ongoing post-go-live. Our Customer Success Manager is always on hand to share best practices, help us navigate new admin tasks and help us get the best out of the platform - this is something that I have not experienced with other platforms.
The platform is fully customisable and allows our idea to execution process to be mirrored in the platform. The platform can also be branded heavily so it reflects our organisation branding closely - it looks like our platform and not a third party app. The level of customisation does require time and effort to learn and navigate, but the rewards are worth it. Sometimes the platform is too rigid, therefore a customized solution needs to be found. Besides, in the beginning, the setup at admin level might be challenging, but after some adjustment time, the process will ease. The Qmarkets suite is extremely customizable, everything from the colors and layout of the home page to the entire idea management pipeline can be changed.
The entire idea review process can be tailored to the needs of the customer organisation, including putting in any number of review stages, creating custom email notifications, creating multiple levels of categorization (on the platform-level, on the campaign-level, based on user data like the department a user belongs to, etc.).
Having an idea management process that is tailored to the specific organisation's corporate hierarchy is really important because it ensures that ideas will actually get seen and reviewed. The system adapts to the existing organisational hierarchy, rather than the organisation having to adapt to the system. This is essential because it means that the process is mostly automated, so ideas will always be funneled to the right people who need to review them (team leaders, HR, Marketing, etc.) at every stage of the process. The downside of everything being very customizable is that you will likely require some tutorials to learn how to navigate all of the menus and options. Qmarkets’ products can be implemented stand-alone or integrated together as subsystems within a unified platform. It covers almost all the possible scenarios which can happen in the cycle of ideation to innovation to its commercialization. Qmarket portal provides a lot of features and flexibility to customize it to organisation requirements.
The response time of Qmarket team for resolving the issues is commendable. Almost all the time team was able to resolve the problem within short duration of time.

I am sure there will be a dedicated testing team assigned to test the product but my suggestion is to please test the new version completely considering all the possible scenarios user will face before launching or upgrading the old version.
The feature for attaching similar ideas should be improved it is limited by the fact that you can only attach the idea as a parent. Also, multiple relation hierarchy feature while attaching is not visible: If I make child idea as parent idea for some another idea then ideally in the grandparent idea child and grandchild idea should be visible.
