What do you like best about Qase?

Qase has revolutionized the way our team handles test management. This platform stands out with its intuitive interface, comprehensive features, and seamless integration capabilities.

Right from the start, the user-friendly design makes it incredibly easy to navigate and set up test cases, suites, and runs. The level of detail and customization available for each test case is impressive, allowing us to tailor everything to our specific needs.

The reporting tools are top-notch, providing clear and concise insights into our testing progress and results. We can easily track issues and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. The ability to integrate with other tools we use, like Jira and Slack, has streamlined our workflow and improved our overall efficiency.

Customer support is another area where Qase shines. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with any questions or issues we encounter.

Overall, Qase is a game-changer for test management. It has significantly improved our testing processes, collaboration, and productivity. Highly recommended for any team looking to enhance their test management capabilities! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

The first thing helpful about Qase is that its file order. Its Folder view is easy to track test case. It also has Test Suite that has good UI that I can easily implement my test case. Test Plan, Test Run which I use in daily work. Its flow of creating defect is good that make QA and dev team easy to work. Moreover, related to creating test case, it has parameter feature for me to use. Furthermore, related to test run, I can use all important filter such as Assignee, Assigned To,Status, Priority. The most useful feature is that we can integrate with Slack bot service when I create a defect, so I can send it Slack channel to dev team. One thing I love about Qase is their custome service support is fast and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

1. In Test run, the focused test case is hard to see. There should have better background color that is easy for me to see.

2. In Test Suite, I want to search by Test Suite name, but there's no this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

What I love most about QASE is that it is user-friendly and integrates exceptionally easily. Setting it up was easy, and soon became part of our daily operations we couldn’t do without. The test cases become easy to manage through the platforms intuitive design connected well with GitHub, Jira, and Playwright thus had a positive effect on the amount of work done within the company. Another great thing is their client service; their personnel are always available to help us whenever there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

My overall outlook on the quality of the QASE is good, but still there are complaints. With Playwright automated tests produced some problems as each Playwright test step turned into a separate test case at QASE and there was no way to solve the problem. Still, exporting tests from QMetry was impossible in this program thus complicating the entire integration process. However, I overcome these inconveniences by running regression tests via QASE twice a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

We are still testing the platform, but I have already been impressed by the quick support via the chat - almost instant help and actually helpful. My issue was not clear right away but on the next day I already received a solution to my technical issue, related to the Jira Cloud integration. Based on my experience as a previous support rep in a MSFT company and more, this was very nice.

In addition to that, the platform is smooth and fast - at least for now while testing its features. We will see if everything continues being smooth once we have a lot of data running. But so far it has been the platform that fulfills most of our internal requirements and long-term goals. Integrations work really easy, just with a couple of clicks.

The biggest plus is having unlimited view-only users. This can help a lot to use our documentation and test cases for onboarding non QA team members (as an example). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I know it is an "enterprise feature" but having a custom URL for the company as an entry point to log in would be nice to have in lower tiers too. It would make usage and login clearer for the whole organization.

More comments would come up once we have more experience using the platform, for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
