What do you like best about Qase?

It's speed and it's customisation options. Also it's integration options making it simple to incorporate into current flows. It's responsive and fast overall when loading big test repositories. Customer Support being available via the bubble in the top is a big game changer compared to other platforms. Reports are generated in seconds/minutes unlike others like TestRail which were taking hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Compared to TestRail and TestLink, Qase is much more realiable making it difficult to comment on this. Some features are in the works to be implemented such as more customisation options to the Dashbaord so currently that's one thing to dislike but it's being improved upon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

Qase is intuitive and feature-rich, making it ideal for my QA work. Integration with Jira simplifies bug tracking, and I appreciate the viewer role that doesn’t take up seats and the ability to share public reports. Customer service was fast and helpful, even when I wasn’t a paid user. I use Qase weekly to build test suites and run regressions at sprint’s end, and it handles everything seamlessly. What do you dislike about Qase?

It would be helpful to add a text field option for test steps. This way, if a project doesn’t require step-by-step instructions or Gherkin, a simple text box to describe the flow would be sufficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

For now, I'm using the free plan for several months. I've changed the project and also recommend Qase for the ease of implementation, integration with Jira.

(Others plugins of tools must pay for the total users of the Jira intances intead of only the users that actually need)

The customer support is really dedicated, I have scheduled a demo for a manager in order to review the paid plan, easy and answer all our questions. Today they really help me understand with examples, how use parameters in my test cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

For me, would be better add a text field type to the test steps. So, if the project has no need to step-by-step or a gherkin, just a text box where describe the flow is enough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

Qase stands out for its ease of use and excellent customer support. The implementation was smooth, and integrating it with our existing tools was straightforward. The range of features it offers meets our needs effectively. We use it every month to conduct regression tests and release tests. So far I recommend it for its perfect report that can be shared! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

While Qase is generally great, occasional minor bugs can be frustrating, and the feature set could be expanded to include more advanced testing options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

It's very intuitive and easy to use. I like all the customization that you can build into it to make it work for your organization no matter how big or little. It takes almost no effort to use Qase for cross-team collaboration and tracking testing scenarios to ensure our features go out with as much visibility into the testing as possible. What do you dislike about Qase?

I wish there was the ability to remove linked tests that you have cloned. But otherwise, it's amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ilya Volkov of Qase

Hi Daniel!

First of all, thank you so much for your review - we were really glad to read that you find Qase easy to use, while at the same time versatile with the customizations to help you set it up the way you need.

Secondly, I wanted to mention that you can switch off the links of cloned cases from being shown. To do so, navigate to Project Settings >> Repository, and toggle OFF the "Show links" option: https://imgur.com/a/QsAMn0h

Hope this helps!

What do you like best about Qase?

The product is convenient and intuitive to use, offering a wide range of useful features. I found the Gherkin mode particularly helpful, and my client appreciated it as well. The ability to export data in various formats provided by Ease was also extremely convenient for my project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

No subscription plan for a single user. I am the only user in a small team and my employer did not sign the SP offered. If such a plan appears I would definitely switch back to Qase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

User friendly interface, minimalistic design, many functionalities and very helpful customer support. Also, the development is based on customer feedback via the public platform Canny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I would like to make a recommendation for improvement, please implement this additional feature: the audit logs to be exportable in cvs format, for example, as currently this is not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

QASE has all the necessary attributes of a modern TMS. Until recently, we were missing some features to integrate QASE into our CI, but the support guys listened to everything carefully and very quickly, literally within a couple of weeks, implemented everything we needed. I have never seen such efficiency anywhere else! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Until recently, there were problems with adapters for different automation frameworks, but the guys have added everything! Now I can’t name any shortcomings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
