Qase is definitely worth checking out. I love how straightforward and clean its interface is—it’s modern, intuitive, and keeps everything you need right where you want it. Plus, it’s super flexible: you can tweak and configure just about anything to fit your team’s workflow. Another huge bonus is their support team, who respond incredibly fast and actually seem to care about making things better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the flip side, the test parameters feature could use a little love. You can define parameters, but there’s no way to have them auto-replace in your test steps. There’s already a feature request in the works to fix this(https://qase.canny.io/feature-requests/p/put-parameters-into-variables-for-steps-at-test-run-execution), though, so fingers crossed! Despite that minor shortcoming, Qase is a breath of fresh air for anyone who wants a test management tool that keeps things simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that the free version comes with everything you need to create a repository of Test Cases that you can use with your project without any problem, there are some limitation when it comes to use APIs, executions, integration with other tools, for those escenarios you will need to upgrade to a higher plan, which is reasonable, but the free plan comes handy for small projects or at least someone that is trying the tool.
They have a great customer support, really fast response, they provide clear and concise steps to fix issues.
You are able to schedule meetings for demos purposses or for asking questions, really fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would really like to be able to link Test Cases as precondions or steps to follow, I know that we have "shared steps", if you have a Test Case that follows or has similar steps you will have to edit the Test Case and now the "shared steps", just to simplify things, allow to link Tests cases as steps of another Test Case, like we do in Jira, hehe, sorry to compare, but that's somethign I like from Jira, avoid complexity and time consuming when editing Test Cases. Since we started using Qase, our workflows have become much more efficient. At Azsoftware, we mostly work on government projects, and managing test cases effectively is super important for us.
The Qase interface is super simple and intuitive — we had no trouble adapting, and our team got the hang of it in no time. We can easily track our tests and manage changes without any hassle.
What I love the most is the Slack integration. Everything is shared in real-time within the team, and nothing gets overlooked. It saved us a lot of time and made our workflows much more transparent.
Qase feels like a lightweight tool, but it packs a serious punch. I think it's a perfect choice for any team looking to streamline their testing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, so far, I haven’t come across anything I’d call a real downside. The tool does exactly what it promises, and we haven’t had any issues with it. Maybe as we continue to use it more, something might come up, but for now, everything works perfectly for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Qase to be very intuitive and easy to use. It has all the features that I deem necessary to aid with my work as QA and I could also connect it to my team's Jira which helps with the tracking of bugs. I really like that I can have users as viewers that don't take up seats and that I can share public reports with all my team. In addition, when I had a question related to data migration, the customer service team was super fast and helpful and I wasn't even a paid customer then. I use Qase several times a week to build my project's test suite and then more intensely at the end of sprints to run regressions and generate reports. It does all of this very well. There's not much to dislike, to be honest. I just ran into a minor inconvenience when I couldn't turn a step with children steps into a shared step, but it's possible I'm doing something wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What truly distinguishes Qase.io is its exceptional customer support. Their technical team went above and beyond, providing hands-on assistance to ensure a smooth setup and seamless integration of Qase.io with our pipeline. They were especially helpful with debugging issues and offering tailored solutions to overcome the challenges we faced during the setup process, ensuring everything worked flawlessly in the end.
Another significant factor for us was the inclusion of read-only user roles. This feature made Qase.io a much more cost-effective solution compared to alternatives. Other tools suggested simply sending reports via email to stakeholders as a way to reduce costs. Were Qase.io is allowing us to grant direct, secure access to the platform without the associated cost of full-user licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Qase.io is an excellent tool overall, one challenge we faced was that it didn’t work out of the box with our Robot Framework in combination with CumulusCI due to conflicting dependencies. This required additional troubleshooting and configuration, unlike some other tools we’ve used, which integrated seamlessly right from the start. Qase.io could consider supporting the direct ingestion of Robot Framework's native reports, which would unlock a wider range of existing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. The amount of supported extensions so one can migrate test cases in bulk. How easy it is to utilize, and great customer support which is 24/7.
It is easy to integrate with Jira as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know about downsides at the moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Qase is relatively straight forward to set and hightly customizable. It has a very clean interface and a generous free teir. I work for a small sass company in the healthcare space and we were able to get by for quite a while on the free tier before upgrading. WE have hundreds of test caeses and I have never seen a slowdown or experienced any performance issue. Their reporting libraries are all source abailible on github which is great. If you hit the restrictions on the free tier then the messages you get on from the API are not always super helpful. There are some portions of the webapp that have a clunky design and some pages are pretty hard to find. The paid version of the app is pretty costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qase is a very flexiable and modulable QA tool. I think it helps to track the previous cases and do the regression. Also, Qase supports our automation test as well. I think it is a good platform for our QA team's huddle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do think Qase can enhance the batch input for format validation and documentation's webpage. Can make it easier to build a batch .csv files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Viewing the project dashboards to see automation pass rate against manual coverage
- Test Runs are simple and easy to create with no issues
- Adding tags to each test case to set priority or device names
- Creating Test Plans to start runs with ease
- Ability to view the roadmap to see what new features have been raised Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Have a traceabilty report work for Gitlab
- Add Matrix Column to the dashboard to view the coverage of specific devices. Potentially can be done via the use of tags. Can see how much coverage of automation and manual there is for a specific device Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very easy to use, even for beginners. It easily connects to various tools and services. There is detailed documentation and support that helps you get started quickly and solve problems. Additionally, the platform is highly flexible, offering extensive customization options. This allows you to tailor it to your specific needs, whether you're a small business or a large enterprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes our team has problems with the TMS. The analytics are quite basic, and the number of metrics is not sufficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's speed and it's customisation options. Also it's integration options making it simple to incorporate into current flows. It's responsive and fast overall when loading big test repositories. Customer Support being available via the bubble in the top is a big game changer compared to other platforms. Reports are generated in seconds/minutes unlike others like TestRail which were taking hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Compared to TestRail and TestLink, Qase is much more realiable making it difficult to comment on this. Some features are in the works to be implemented such as more customisation options to the Dashbaord so currently that's one thing to dislike but it's being improved upon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
