Qarrot platform enables you to add/remove countries based on your employee location with their local currency so that they can redeem their gift card at their local currencies with local stores. You can also implement custom rewards within the platform.

There's no setup cost, and it's extremely affordable. Extremely easy to use, and I love that you can set how much a point is worth! I haven't seen that with other rewards platforms.
