What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

I wish we could better contribute to the tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"the QA wolf pack fortifies your quality standards"
5/5
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

Easily the best part of QA Wolf is how hands-off you can be with QA Wolf and equally how hands-on they can be. We needed more or less QA feedback from month to month while establishing a rhythm of engagement. As we became familiar, asked questions, aligned our activity with them, it was like ~ Mozart! They have allowed us to have a process that saves our development team time and improve visibility of the state of the app within leadership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

QA Wolf is not meant to be open-ended testing. This is more typical friction when we, as a company, were not able to communicate with QA Wolf effectively. QA Wolf must have a plan or direction to be effective, and we were not able to give it. Having a partner who focuses on traditional & automated QA, would be a better partner in those cases, where they could take the product and self-start the testing plans. "Friendly, professional, fast and accurate results"
5/5
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

Their tests are automated and fully managed, all I have to do is read the bug reports.

They are very proactive and have helped us catch bugs immediately that might have been tough to catch otherwise.

Their platform is intuitive to use and advanced enough to cover all the test scenarios we needed.

The whole team is professional, transparent and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Solid Choice for Essential Testing Needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

I really enjoy how QA Wolf handles most of our testing work, especially since we don't have our own system for end-to-end tests. They quickly respond to our needs and know a lot about different types of testing. Using QA Wolf has made a big difference for us, taking care of 80% of our testing needs. Even though we haven't used all their features yet, there's a lot of potential to do more with their help. I'd recommend them most of the time because they make testing palatable. What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

The only area for enhancement I see is in navigating the integration process. A bit more guidance on seamlessly incorporating QA Wolf's testing into our projects from the get-go would be beneficial. But it is a fantastic service over all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QA Wolf has been great to partner with!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

QA Wolf has helped us automate all of our UI Regression tests. We run them mulitple times a day and love having that confidence that our code is going out without bugs. They create, maintain and run our tests saving our internal team lots of time and resources. We have over 500 tests running in less than 30 minutes! One of the best offerings they have is that they run tests in parallel and maintain flakey tests. The implementation was easy, they are very responsive when we have questions and are just a pleasure to work with. I look forward to a long term relationship with QA Wolf. What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

The only downside is that the feature supporting multi-environments isn't ready quite yet. That will be a game changer and we look forward to taking advantage of that ASAP! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

Because of the time zone difference, I often catch bugs before the QA wolf team. But I think for my colleagues from America this is not a problem) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QA Wolf has been a game-changer, stabilizing our platform with ease and incredible communication"
5/5
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

Last year we had the pleasure of integrating QA Wolf into our development process to enhance the testing of our web application, internal tooling, and some APIs. The experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, the integration was simple and seamless, a testament to the thoughtfulness and expertise behind QA Wolf's design.

My favorite thing about QA wolf has got to be how modern and seamless the entire integration has been. Communication is really straightforward and they are open to molding to our processes and procedures. The way that they report bugs and show their progress is really easy to digest, and their autonomy in handling tasks has been amazing, allowing us to focus on our core development without the need for constant oversight. The bow on top of all of this is really the communication. I'm never seeking for anything because everything is provided to you without you even knowing you need it. What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

QA Wolf has not yet replaced our need for testing prior to production releases, but I wouldnt call it a dislike as it is not something we expected when partnering with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QAWolf and Babyscripts, a success story"
5/5
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

Instead of staffing for QA, we went with QAWolf to automate regression. I couldn't be happier. We got up and running quickly and now rely on QAWolf for regression and happy path testing almost entirely. The staff are great, very freindly. They meet with us regularly to review coverage and help us to curate our bugs and tests. Most of the time, we are behind where the QAWolf staff are. Slack and Jira integration makes things super easy to coordinate. I'm really happy we went with QAWolf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

I really wish I could use QAWolf for Mobile app testing. Honestly, that' s my biggest desire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Attentive QA Team That Gives Time Back to Engineers"
4/5
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

QA Wolf has always been a responsive partner in helping us find bugs in our app and squash them. As we develop new features or change the behavior of existing ones, we simply need to apprise them of any changes and the QA engineers will quickly work out new tests for them. Our point of contact, Cohen, is also very responsive and makes it so that we don't have to spend too much time going back and forth about changes in our app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

The downsides of QA Wolf are similar to the downsides of outsourcing testing in any engineering context; less ownership over the testing code by our engineering team is exchanged for the team you get back to continue the work of developing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great onboarding team and sturdy product experience with fast value and easy to see results"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

Fantastic people and very self-guided with minimal input from our team. Very quick to deliver test cases and tests that pretty immediately resulted in value for the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

Moment of need insights are a bit lacking, mainly better integration support with GitHub and pull request checks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
