## QA Wolf Reviews
  ### 1. Exceptional support, preventing regressions in app, one of the best SaaS experiences I've had

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon T. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

In the age of AI, and the age of everything being behind a support@company.com ticketing software, QAWolf stands out to me. The care, attentiveness, and communication channels established (very flexibly, too) that their team exhibits is one of the best SaaS experiences I've had.

I love how easy it is for me to work with them. And they've helped us catch numerous regressions in our app (some pretty wild edge cases that we wouldn't have caught if not for them).

With the 'vibe-coding' revolution, it's nice having my app constantly QA'd and not worry about all this code breaking critical features in our app.

It's so easy to onboard, you just send them credentials and walk them through your app and they gather context on their own and learn about your app with you. It's phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Genuinely, nothing. I think the team and product are awesome.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- more confidence pushing to production
- because of the nature of their QA product, we actually once-over our app pretty routinely in order to explain the types of coverage requests we want. This is a second-order effect that's helped even us learn more about our app (or about the parts of the app someone else on the team created)
- whenever we find a bug reported from our customer, we establish a new coverage request with QAWolf. This means this feature should never break again, and we have confidence in that. Re-introducing those bugs drives customers crazy, if we can prevent these from popping back up, we can prevent churn risk

  ### 2. QA Wolf Automated Our Client-Side Tests with Smooth Setup and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan C. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I really enjoy using QA Wolf because they have automated a large portion of our client-side test suite. They catch things we usually don't think of, and the team is quick to respond to any inquiries we might have.

We actually do a lot of development in-house, so the fact they offer webhooks and other 3rd party integrations for ticketing is great.

As for implementation, that process was really straightforward. All we had to do is send them the tests we usually do in a build cycle, get them an account in our Development environment, and we were on our way. I know the test suite is running daily, and I can even go in and manually run flows.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The least helpful thing about QA Wolf is sometimes the incorrect association of flows with bug reports. This does create scenarios where bugs are considered "open" when the root bug was resolved.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is automating our client-side testing. Since implementing them, we catch regressions, both broad and niche, way faster.

  ### 3. QA Wolf Feels Like an In-House QA Team: Fast, Responsive and Thorough

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

What stands out most is that QA Wolf operates as a true extension of our team rather than an external vendor. After two prior failed attempts at building end-to-end test coverage, we realized we needed a dedicated team to build, run and maintain meaningful tests. QA Wolf does all three seamlessly.

A few specific things we love:

- Responsiveness: Their team is on Slack with us constantly and replies no matter the hour of the day. It feels like having an in-house QA team.
- Speed: They've already written more tests than they originally committed to delivering in the first three months.
- Real bug discovery: As they've built out coverage, they've surfaced multiple pre-existing bugs in our apps that we hadn't caught.
- Strong triage on failures: When a test fails, they jump in immediately to determine whether it's a real bug or a test that needs to be updated to reflect changes in our app.
- Process alignment: They've proactively adapted to how we work, including making updates to their Asana and GitHub integrations based on our requests, so collaboration stays frictionless.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Nothing significant stands out. The early weeks involved some back-and-forth aligning processes (Asana/GitHub integrations, triage flow), but they actively adapted to our requests, so even that wasn't really a downside, just part of any new partnership.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is solving two related problems for us.

First, we were dealing with a steady increase in new bugs reaching production, including regressions that kept resurfacing as the product evolved. We had tried twice before to build sustainable end-to-end test coverage in-house, and both attempts stalled. QA Wolf gave us a dedicated team to build, run and maintain meaningful tests. They have already surfaced multiple pre-existing bugs in our apps, and regressions are getting caught before they ship instead of after customers report them.

Second, our engineers were constantly being pulled away from feature work to triage and fix bugs. That context switching was a real drag on velocity. With QA Wolf owning test coverage and triaging failures the moment they happen, our engineers stay focused on building product. We get the quality benefits of a mature QA organization without absorbing that work internally.

The net benefit is higher product quality, fewer regressions and more engineering time spent on shipping new features.

  ### 4. Fully Functional Tests with Full Visibility in the Online Portal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric M. | Vice President, Product Delivery/CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

With very little direction, even as little as a recorded video of a demo of functionality, they can produce fully functional tests allowing my team to focus on their day job. Their online portal and full visibility of the tests lets us validate and see what is going on with them. The regular checkpoints allow us to focus on most valuable tests to tackle next. Their staff are always helpful and it's a very easy process.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The service is cheaper than hiring a QA team for sure, but it is a decent cost. But, I'm fully convinced you get what you pay for and the cost does tier down as you add more.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of UI functionality that needs to be tested on a regular basis. QA Wolf keep our team size smaller as our application grows.

  ### 5. Cuts Manual UI Testing Effort with Intuitive Insights and Replay

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashmi K. | Director, Product Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Reduces manual testing effort for complex UI workflows
Improves testing efficiency and coverage
Responsive and collaborative team
Intuitive interface with detailed test insights and replay capability

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Reporting could be enhanced with dashboard showing charts and historical trend insights.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hartigen has been using QA Wolf as our automated testing solution for nearly two years, and they have become a strong and reliable partner in our QA efforts. Their platform has significantly reduced the burden of testing complex UI functionality and minimized repetitive manual testing tasks. By leveraging QA Wolf, our team has been able to decrease the time required to validate complex features, which has allowed us to expand test coverage and focus more on areas that require manual intervention and deeper analysis.

  ### 6. Meaningful Automation That Improves Release Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trey W. | Chief Technology Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

High-quality, maintainable end-to-end tests that meaningfully replace manual regression—not shallow automation.

Strong communication and a true partnership mindset; the team feels like an extension of our QA/QE organization.

Clear ownership of test maintenance, flake investigation, and reporting, which keeps the signal reliable and actionable.

Transparent delivery and realistic planning once expectations were aligned.

Flexible commercial model that allows test coverage to evolve as product priorities change.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Early expectations around test creation speed were set more aggressively during the sales cycle than what delivery could realistically support.

ROI modeling required clarification and deeper alignment on assumptions to be truly meaningful for our operating model.

Test velocity ramps up over time as domain knowledge is built, so value is strongest after the initial onboarding period rather than immediately.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf helps us solve the challenge of maintaining reliable regression coverage without overloading our internal QA team. By owning the creation, execution, maintenance, and investigation of end-to-end tests, they reduce the manual effort and operational burden typically associated with test automation.

This has improved release confidence and shortened regression cycles, allowing our QA and engineering teams to focus more on higher-value work earlier in the development process. The result is a more efficient and predictable release process without the need to scale in-house QA resources at the same pace as product complexity.

  ### 7. Exceptional Communication and Top-Quality Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric D. | Staff Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

They are extremely communicative, and their test quality is very high. On more than one occasion, they have prevented us from shipping important regressions by reporting bugs to us early in our SDLC. When we've needed to request information or changes to our tests, they have always be prompt and easy to correspond with.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only real downside I've experienced is that they are not part of our core team, therefore they do not get insights into the most common pain points our customers are experiencing. They are receptive to this information when we share it with them, but as a third party there is always one more hop in the communication chain. This is just part of the business model though, not a particular deficit of their company.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf is solving low test coverage and a lack of resources to adequately test our application manually. Before using QA Wolf, we had very poor regression test coverage, and now it is much higher.

  ### 8. Accelerated Our Automated Testing with True Partnership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia W. | Full Stack Developer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

We used QA Wolf to take our organization from 0 to 60 in terms of automated end-to-end testing. They created a true partnership with our product and engineering groups to create an optimal solution for us, and help us develop that automated testing muscle that we had not yet fully formed. We found their use of human touch (access to support, engineers and facilitators) refreshing and key to our success in this world of AI-only solutions.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

While we had a great experience with QA Wolf, it's possible that an organization with an already robust automated test engineering culture/processes might not have as much use for their services. We found their expertise key to building those processes and culture within our organization.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to quickly develop end-to-end tests around our application, which we were doing through manual testing by product managers and engineers at the UAT stage. QA Wolf was able to accelerate that process and remove a lot of the manual load on our product managers, and also create processes and develop tests that were largely owned by product managers rather than engineering.

  ### 9. Outstanding Test Automation and Proactive Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lenny U. | QA Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf takes the initiative when it comes to automating workflows by asking great questions to maxmize test coverage. The test suite that they've designed is impressive and has caught many bugs prior to production releases. A great group of folk to work with, critical thinkers and problem solvers.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Sometimes, we have different engineers work on our platform. There are a few engineers that are dedicated to our product that know it well. This create false positives when other engineers are covering our dedicated ones.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf helps with reducing our defect leakage. Our previous regression suite was done 100% manually prior to QA Wolf joining us. They've spun up an automation framework from scratch. This has saved many hours for our QA Engineers from testing existing workflows. This opened up a great deal of time for more in depth testing of new bug fixes and stories that are to be released. Overall, we have seen a significant reduction in defect leakage.

  ### 10. Proactive Team with Excellent Test Ownership

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malachi T. | Senior SDET, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Three things: 1. They take ownership of the tasks they're given. If something feels or appears wrong, even if it's not something explicitly discussed or outlined, they'll take the time to reach out and clarify that the features they're testing are working as intended. 2. Staying on top of the tests themselves and fixing them if they break. 3. We get to own the tests that were written if/when we decide to part ways

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

What’s considered a “test” that gets charged for is smaller than what I would normally intuit. This is something I expected coming into this service. And ultimately, I understand the approach from their perspective. Nonetheless, I’m occasionally taken aback when I pitch something as three or four tests. But then they come back and say, “No, we need to break this up into ten tests”.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a large pile of tests that we were doing manually once a month. We were slowly automating them one by one, but we just didn't have the man-power to do such quickly while keeping up with everything else. We were able to hand off the entire list to QA-Wolf, and they automated all the tests with surprisingly minimal oversight and time from me within a few months

  ### 11. Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf builds, runs, and maintains amazing integration tests, exactly to our specs. The test suite is integrated into our CI and runs before every deploy to production. They've caught tons of bugs before we deployed code to customers, and in the case of false positives, or changes to the product they're super helpful and quick to fix and rerun their tests.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I really have to dig deep to come up with any downsides. Their UI is a little bit confusing sometimes, the turnaround for new tests sometimes take a while, and they don't work on weekends. None of those have ever been anything more than minor annoyances.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf builds, runs, and maintains a good portion of our integration tests. That allows us to focus on the product, while still maintaining high quality and shielding customers from bugs.

  ### 12. QA Wolf is a key part of our end to end automated testing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin K. | Director of Customer Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The best thing is the partnership with the QA Wolf team. We have a great routine where we can trust our automated test suite is running every day and then our QA Wolf team is triaging the results. If we have a regression, we have confidence it'll get caught during testing.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I don't think I have a dislike. I feel we get value for what we pay for and it's easy to work with the team.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely on QAW to write and manage our automated test suite. Our QA team is primarily focused on manual and user acceptance testing so QAW is a key part of our automated testing. Every day QAW runs our suite of tests and will help triage any new issues, then flag for our squads to fix. We also work with QAW to create new automated test coverage for upcoming features. It benefits us to have automated testing for existing features to prevent regressions while also ensuring our newly rolled out features are working well.

  ### 13. Using QA Wolf as a managed service is the best decision we have made

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya S. | SDET Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

We have been using QA Wolf for the past six months, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The onboarding process was seamless, and I was particularly impressed by their thoroughness in collecting our requirements for feature testing. We depend on QA Wolf for our end-to-end regression testing, which our internal QA team cannot fully manage, especially when it comes to test cases that involve third-party integrations, 2FA setup, real time collaboration with multiple browser tabs. Their dashboard and reporting app of runs is great way to see the trends on how quality is doing as overall. Working with the QA Wolf team has truly been a pleasure. What I value most is their accessibility—they are always just a Slack message away whenever we have questions.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

At the moment, I can't think of anything in particular. Almost everything seems to be focused on quality.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting closer to not having manual regression testing. Also managing internal complex tests are not easy when we have on going internal projects.

  ### 14. Qa Wolf has increased my confidence during deployments.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guerrero C. | Senior Software Engineer in Test, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

What I really like the most about Qa Wolf is the ability to support multiple environments. We have recently started to setup ephemeral environments to improve quality and confidence and Qa Wolf has already given us a head start by not only providing us with the platform, but also providing us with an easy to use template. They're team is also on top of any failures. They are quick to report, instigate, and respond when tests fail.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

This isn't exactly a dislike, but I think it would be helpful to have an option for users to mark a run as 'Do Not Investigate' or as a 'Test Run.' I'm not sure if this feature already exists, but there are situations when we're testing code changes and are aware that some workflows have failed or might fail. In these cases, it would be useful to let the Qa Wolf team know to ignore these failures, so we can all avoid unnecessary threads and notifications in our channels.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue that Qa Wolf addresses for us is enabling the execution of automated tests on a remote environment, which in turn provides us with greater confidence when deploying new releases.

  ### 15. Essential Partner for Fast, Reliable Releases

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabby M. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The most helpful thing about QA Wolf is using them as we get ready to release new work or need to test a PR when fixing bugs. It's great to partner with them because it gives you an overview summary and a breakdown view of what needs to be fixed prior to these important launches making it. Their customer support team being ready to collaborate and help coupled with the use of their technology has made them an easy partner for us that helps us get work done faster. Their support team is very in tune with our system and can spot changes so fast that it helps us adapt our tests to spot any bugs before it's seen by our customer base.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only thing that was hard at first was getting them aligned with our strategy. It felt like a separate system. However, once we asked, we were able to easily incorporate them in our day-to-day.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us find the problem faster and any bugs we might have missed when . For a complex system like ours, QAWolf has been helpful in breaking down the monolith and pinpointing to the troublesome areas faster. They've also become a QA partner for us as opposed to just being a system we use to the side.

  ### 16. Reliable Test Suite Spun up Quickly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Staff Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The initial ramp-up period with QA Wolf to develop an automated mobile test suite was quick. They managed to create several tests in a relatively short timeframe. Additionally, they have maintained proactive communication with us throughout the process, ensuring we achieve the results we want and continuously seeking ways to enhance the tests.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Like a lot of mobile UI test automation suites, running the tests can be slow and results can take awhile. The cost-per-test business model is interesting and can take a bit to get used to, but has its own advantages.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has been a valuable addition to our testing capabilities. Previously, our UI test automation suite was slow and difficult to manage, but QA Wolf quickly migrated our entire test suite into their system in a remarkably short period. Now, we have a dependable test framework for both Android and iOS, and we are collaborating with QA Wolf to convert more of our manual tests into automated ones.

  ### 17. Let's us ship at the speed of light

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmed H. | Staff Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

They're solving the hard problem of validating our code changes in an extremely to difficult test environment (blockchain trading). We're a growing team at a startup, and are focused on delivering a high value product UX to our customers. This means constant iteration & shipping fast to serve the best possible experience to our users. This also means we don't always have time to write tests for our changes when constantly iterating in a fast moving blockchain industry.

QA Wolf handles all the hard work of testing the product with every release, which bolsters our confidence when making changes & keeps our teams velocity up. They're extreme attention to detail, instant alerting, and quick turnaround time means we can focus on our core value proposition & sleep easy at night knowing we have the confidence we need to keep building the best possible blockchain trading product in the space.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

To be perfectly honest, I cannot find a bad thing to say about QA Wolf & what they've unlocked for our team.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf helps to test every change we make to our product in a very difficult test environment. Blockchain trading means every swap is immutable and recorded on a distributed ledger, which makes writing mocks & tests around that extremely cumbersome. It's also a fast moving industry, so we can't afford to lose time shipping features to our customers. QA Wolf helps to automate validating changes to our product by making real trades on every PR and change to the app so we can have the confidence we need in moving fast & shipping features to our customers. If it weren't for them, we'd spend half our time writing mocks for an immutable ledger & never get through the backlog of feature requests from our customers.

In short they save us a ton of time in our development workflow, and help to bolster our confidence while shipping features.

  ### 18. Advanced QA Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John C. | Staff Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The tool they have built and given us access to to see our tests, runs, coverage, timing, etc.. is really advanced. Its an impressive tool and it really streamlines things on our end. Plus it was very easy to hook into and trigger runs in this tool from our CI/CD. Another aspect we really appreciate is how attentive and interactive their team is. We have our own slack channel with our account rep and multiple engineers assigned to our account. I swear a slack message never goes more than a couple minutes without a response, even nights and weekends.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I don't have much to say here. We could have been a little faster on gaining coverage but they did what they promised they would. I guess getting our mobile apps in their hands for testing could have been a little smoother.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating QA testing of our SAAS product. We used to do way too much manual testing with a team of QA engineers. They are automating this for us. It has expedited our software cycles while cutting cost. Win-win.

  ### 19. I love QA Wolf

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy M. | Staff Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf's value goes far beyond simply writing tests. The number one value is the white glove service. When tests fail they investigate and often remediate and the time savings are enormous. Beyond that, they employ friendly, knowledgeable staff so you get high quality tests, not just test quantity. We have weekly check-ins to go over metrics and to discuss any items needing attention and I'm not kidding when I say that meeting is often the highlight of my week. It's such a great working relationship.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I may be unique in this perspective, but I wish they'd push back on us more regarding the adoption of best practices. For example, if they have to use id-based locators when more semantically meaningful locators should be used I'd like that push back. Easily achievable a11y benefits everyone and should not be controversial. QA Wolf is in a unique position as experts to not only provide automation, but coaching too.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us ramp up coverage at a time when we were seriously deficient and being able to integrate their tests into our build pipeline increases our confidence around releases.

  ### 20. QA Wolf Uncovered 30+ Hidden Bugs and Freed Our Team from Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TIM Z. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf found at least 30 hidden bugs within our insurance application management system that otherwise would have taken hundreds of hours to find. Plus, QA Wolf allowed our company to take the burden of testing off of our employees and allow them to do their actual job instead.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The flows created by QA Wolf were sometimes not functioning correctly, but the team promptly addressed concerns and fixed the flows very quickly.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Handling end-to-end testing of our software
2) Taking the burden off of our employees to test, and allowing them to focus on their job responsibilities
3) Creating repeatable flows that mimic user-interaction, and

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert Carter R. | Sr. QA Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf lets us not stress about automated testing. From the moment we drop of a new test case, to test creation, to test maintenance, the complete lifecycle of an automated test is fully covered.

We can focus on the most important details of a test case and not have to worry about the particulars (element selection, resolving flakiness, optimizing runs), unless I want to. Being able to run any test ad-hoc and even dive into the code and make temporary updates if we want to and see the test run in realtime can be very handy.

The team we work with are incredibly nice and thoughtful, are super flexible in adapting to our workflows and are quick to alert us of bugs. They have the know-how and experience to handle tricky situations (ex: 2-factor login authentication) and are open to explore new types of testing not previously encountered.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Need a dark mode for their web app!

If their new test build turnaround time was closer to being instant that would of course be amazing, but their processes ensure good coding practices and test stability.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would not have robust automated tests. At best we would have flaky, locally run tests that would cover the bare minimum of required coverage.

  ### 22. Reliable QA Assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I really like how easy it makes testing. The setup is quick, the dashboard is clear, and the team takes care of maintaining tests so we can focus on building. The most helpful part is having reliable test coverage without all the extra work. It’s like having a QA team on standby, which gives us confidence to ship faster and know that issues will get caught early. I am also a very big fan of their customer service, it's swift and dependable.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Honestly, not much to dislike. If anything, I just wish I had started using it sooner because it saves so much time and stress. There really aren’t any major downsides for us. Everything from the support to the test coverage has been super helpful, and it’s taken a big weight off our team’s plate.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf takes some of the more tedious parts of testing off our plate. We don’t have to worry about writing or fixing tests, and we still get great coverage. It gives us peace of mind that bugs will get caught early, and it lets our team move faster on building new features.

  ### 23. Reliable and Convenient Test Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natia G. | Quality Engineer Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf offers a user-friendly platform that simplifies test automation. Their deep case analysis results in stable tests, and their attentive team quickly addresses any failures. It's incredibly convenient that they handle both the execution and maintenance of all test cases.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only improvement I'd suggest is the addition of an instant reporting mechanism, and I know the team is already working on implementing this feature which their commitment to continuous enhancement.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf simplifies the creation of effective automated tests and ensures they are managed and monitored efficiently. This enhances test accuracy and reduces manual testing efforts, enabling frequent releases and improving customer satisfaction.

  ### 24. Excellent Test Automation Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunny G. | QA Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

They are very professional and well-orgasnised.
They adapt quickly to our requirements.
We are able to provide input to them in a variety of ways which gives us flexibility.
The platform they have is very useful in day-to-day management of test automatioin assets and runs.
Their team is very responsive and agile.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

All our concerns get address in the regular catch-up's.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our product is very complex with a lot of business rules to take into account while testing. QAWolf are automating our test cases which allows us to get more test coverage in a short time. This reducues our release test cycle time and helps us to detect bugs early.

  ### 25. Exceptional Communication and Teamwork!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

They are a very understanding and hard working team! They recognize that software development is always in a state of flux, and are great about handling shifts in priorities or points of contact. They are great about communicating and confirming courses of action as well as checking in when reporting results.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Nothing specifically about QA Wolf and it's teammates.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping fill the gap of E2E tests as well continue to grow and develop and establish internal teams/structure to handle this ourselves. They help give a level of confidence in overall application health that we don't always have the resources to verify ourselves.

  ### 26. Honestly didn't expect QA Wolf to be this good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph B. | Software Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Honestly, where do I start? We brought them in thinking it would be a temporary fix while we built our own E2E testing setup. That was about a year ago, and we're not building our own anymore. QA Wolf turned what I expected to be a temporary solution into a core part of our testing strategy.

The communication has been refreshing. They don't spam you with updates, but when they reach out, it's actually useful stuff. Early on, they helped us make the business case internally for QA automation and built some proof-of-concepts that immediately showed value in terms of people-hours-saved. I wasn't expecting that level of partnership from a vendor.

Their bug-finding capabilities genuinely surprised me. We had some bugs we knew about but figured would be tough to catch. Not only did they catch those, but they found several issues that had been lurking in our system for years that we had no clue existed. Their engineers are sharp.

We've definitely cut down on manual testing, though I should probably measure that more precisely. Their process for flagging regressions is solid. They catch stuff and let us know before it becomes a problem. It's nice not constantly worrying about whether something broke after a deployment.

Their platform is actually well-built too. You can dig into test recordings, check out the source code, see what workflows are running. The CI/CD integration is straightforward. Documentation is clear without being overly verbose. It just works, which is rarer than it should be.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Honestly, it's hard to find much to complain about. The pricing isn't cheap, but after seeing what goes into doing this well... (the operational overhead, the QA expertise, the infrastructure)... I'm pretty confident we'd spend more trying to replicate this internally and probably do a worse job. So even that's not really a complaint.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before QA Wolf, we were in the classic trap of knowing we needed better testing but not having the bandwidth to build it right. Manual testing was eating up time and we had this constant worry after deployments about what might have broken.

QA Wolf became our safety net. Now we deploy with confidence because their automated tests catch issues before they hit production, and our team can focus on building features instead of repetitive manual testing. It's like having a dedicated QA team with enterprise-level expertise without the headache of building it ourselves.

  ### 27. Phenomental customer service from a team providing essential quality and robustness work for our app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben W. | Staff Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

As a very small business, we have very limited resources for dedicated E2E test engineers and infrastructure. We backed ourselves into a corner of putting off the need for a long time, and never being able to prioritize setting up our own infrastructure. Working with QAWolf took that load off our plate: They were able to work with non-technical members of our team to glean enough information to define core pathway tests across our apps, and established strong baseline coverage.

They've been attentive learning the specifics of our app and subject domain. They write good tests, and their presence in our Slack and integration with JIRA means their day-to-day test runs are first-class parts of our team's workflow.

They are also really attentive: Their amazing customer success folk are in regular contact, actually push us to make sure we meet regularly and are getting the good value from their service. They let us know when we've got unused test budget in our account, and seek out ways to have their team define new tests on their own. They've been receptive to technical requests and integration ideas we want to pursue.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

It's important to think of a service like QAWolf as a multiplier, rather than a magic-bullet. You do need to be able to support them with infrastructure access, insight into your product updates, and work with them to debug test failures — they can't do it all! You're getting an amazing team in support of your work, you do need to support them just as you would anyone who works for you. That's perhaps less of a “dislike” about them so much as realistic framing for what you can expect based on what your team can support.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our small team does not have dedicated test resources in-house, and our infrastructure lacked E2E natively.

  ### 28. We've cut our investment in building and maintaining automation by 80%

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto S. | Chief Technology Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

As a CTO, I’ve always managed QA automation in-house. At HireVue, we had a large team dedicated to building and maintaining a Selenium framework for years. The reality was that our engineers spent an inordinate amount of time fixing flaky tests instead of driving innovation. The maintenance overhead was simply too high. This time in my career, I was determined to find a better way, which led me to QA Wolf.

The difference has been night and day. The QA Wolf team got a comprehensive regression suite up and running for us during their 90-day pilot—a feat that would have taken my internal team over nine months to accomplish. The immediate impact was a game-changer, and the decision to move forward was easy.

What stands out about QA Wolf is its turnkey service model. They handle all the test investigation and upkeep, freeing our engineering team from the constant burden of flaky tests and maintenance. Their test suites are also incredibly fast, giving us the quick feedback we need to deploy changes confidently and without delay.

The onboarding process was seamless, and the QA Wolf team has proven to be an exceptional partner, always ready to help and share best practices. Their support truly feels like an extension of our own team—or as I like to say, "One Team, One Heart"—which makes all the difference.

Thanks to QA Wolf, our regression testing is now solid and reliable, giving us significantly more confidence in every release. We've cut our investment in building and maintaining automation by 80% while increasing our test coverage to the levels we always aimed for.

If you're looking to scale your QA automation without the associated headaches and overhead, I highly recommend QA Wolf.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Nothing to say here really. We have been using QAWolf for several months and nothing but good things to say.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UI and Integration Tests as a service.

  ### 29. Great value and return on investment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian J. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf blends a responsive team with a well-designed platform—they communicate clearly in Slack, investigate failures quickly, and proactively maintain and close issues, making automated testing feel reliable and collaborative.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

As with most end‑to‑end tests, there can be occasional flakiness or dependency hiccups (for example, external integrations needing time to re‑sync), but they’re prompt in communication and address issues quickly.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf takes on end‑to‑end automated testing—planning, creation, maintenance, and fast failure investigation—with CI/CD integration and clear bug reporting, giving us faster feedback loops and higher confidence in releases. They offload test upkeep and triage, communicate promptly in Slack, and proactively resolve issues, which reduces the burden on our engineering team, allowing us to deliver features faster while maintaining quality.

  ### 30. QA Wolf has helped me concentrate on the new and problematic code by managing regression work for me

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf can do all the work for you. You can give them manual cases and they will write and maintain the automation. The best part is that you have complete transparency and can review the runs as well as take the code if you decide you want to change your automation to in-house. There is really no downside.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only thing that is different outsourcing QA is that permissions and privacy issues need to be figured out and that isn't necessarily easy. QA Wolf has solutions for much of this but if you have customer data that you are not supposed to share with people outside of your company, or permissions that are automatic for a user with your company email, you might need to set up new staging sites or configure permissions that IT has not had to do in the past. Small speed bump for the return you get by not having to maintain regression suites.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My regression is covered so any bugs are identified without my having to do anything. I don't have to interact with the coverage areas or start runs, all of it happens on a schedule and is always available for me to review.

  ### 31. Love QA Wolf and the team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

- Easy to request for new tests and request updates to existing tests
- Love the ability to edit tests so that we can implement tests more easily and closely with QA Wolf
- We're able to trust QA Wolf daily to ensure high quality releases

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

My only fear is the thought of what our experience would be if we cannot use QA Wolf anymore.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- QA Wolf helps us write e2e Cypress tests quickly for our web app
- QA Wolf helps us maintain and update existing e2e tests
- QA Wolf tests flag when we may have introduced a bug before we deploy changes to production

  ### 32. Great team

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The QAWolf team is great - nothing to dislike.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAWolf handles much of our e2e automated testing.

  ### 33. Reliable and fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara D. | QA Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

We don't have to keep an eye on the tests as they let us know when something is wrong, they listen to feedback and work with us to build tests as we need them.
Tests are reliable, they're website it's great for information of the tests, tests are easy to read and find, easy to run. And also the people from QA Wolf are very pleasant to work with, from devs to account manager everyone is really nice and easy going, great place!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Sometimes there has been duplicated tests, we need to keep an eye for them.
they don't have coverage for all devices as they're still looking into it, but it's not a turn off.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're building an automation suite for our website as we're low on helping hands in the organization

  ### 34. QAWolf is a time saver!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey K. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QAWolf has an entire team dedicated to writing and maintaining end-to-end tests for your application and, from my experience, the team doesn't need a lot of hand-holding to get up to speed writing test cases. When failures happen, the team is quick to respond and update tests or alert the team about a breaking change. The tests seem to be reliable and execute quickly so there isn't wasted time investigating flaky tests or waiting for slow workflows. If you decide to stop using QAWolf, you can also take the tests cases from their dashboard and integrate them into your application yourself.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only thing I dislike about QAWolf is that the tests are managed by someone else. Of course, this is also a benefit, however I do think that actively building and maintaining your tests gives you a better picture of your software as a whole.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They handle automating our web and mobile app test cases and integrating the tests into our CircleCI pipeline

  ### 35. Product Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

The team is extremely responsive and thorough with their QA reviews of our product. Our product in particular is quite complicated as it has two different experiences and is in a heavily regulated domain, but the team has been great with learning about the business and working through our various workflows. Would recommend to anyone looking to help with the QA process.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Nothing honestly, the team has been a 10/10.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our QA process was heavily reliant on our internal team and was very time consuming as such. The QA wolf team has come in to help with our typical QA checks and ensure that our product is working as expected with every new release.

  ### 36. QA Wolf Reduced Our Shipping and Testing Build Turnaround Times

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I have nothing negative to say about the team at QA Wolf.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf actively monitors our development environment and catches bugs even faster than our internal Operations Team.

  ### 37. Reliable and Efficient Testing, with Room for Customization Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murat K. | QA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

What I like best about QA Wolf is their ability to streamline the testing process while maintaining high-quality results. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to run. I especially appreciate the robust documentation and responsive support team, which ensures that any questions or challenges are quickly addressed. Additionally, QA Wolf's ability to automate tests and integrate seamlessly with our development pipeline has saved us countless hours, allowing us to focus more on building features and less on testing. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient solution that significantly improves the speed and quality of our product releases.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

It would be helpful to have more detailed logs to view the validation information. Despite these small things, QA Wolf remains a strong and effective solution for most testing needs.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have more offen releases so It helps to elimanite human error and easy maintainance

  ### 38. Great service with stellar, responsive support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John G. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf quickly resolves issues with me. I pinged them during the work day about a failing test, and within 5 minutes I was on call debugging with one of their engineers for an hour. We resolved both issues and I helped him address another failing test from a different team. QA Wolf works fast!

Also, adding a new QA Wolf test is as simple as adding a row in Google Sheet and they take care of the rest.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Sometimes the test suite runs slower. I think you can pay for higher priority.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf tests many of the features in our production application. It catches bugs before we launch and saves us time on writing tests.

  ### 39. Convenient E2E Testing, But Slow Test Updates and Performance

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Saves us the hassle of setting up and maintaining our own E2E testing suite.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Test coverage updates are slower than if we were to build it ourself, and some tests take a long are poorly optimized and take a long time to run.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf handles our E2E tests to check for regressions before every release. The test coverage is solid and has caught many bugs.

  ### 40. Stress-Free E2E Testing with QA Wolf

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ching-Hua C. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf takes care of the foundational E2E test coverage so our team doesn’t have to spend time writing and maintaining repetitive tests. I especially like how hands-off it is—the tests just run in the background and catch regressions without us needing to think about them. Their communication is fast and clear—we get notified quickly when something breaks, which helps us respond before it becomes a bigger issue.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

The only real challenge we’ve faced is around pricing. As our test suite grew, we eventually hit our budget limit and couldn’t add more coverage beyond what was already in place. It would be nice to have a bit more flexibility or scalable options as needs evolve, especially for growing teams.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has helped us get reliable E2E test coverage in place without needing to hire a dedicated QA engineer or spend time writing and maintaining those tests ourselves. Now we have a solid test suite covering our core business flows, which gives us confidence in each release. As engineers, we can focus more on building new features instead of worrying about regressions.

  ### 44. Great partners and an amazing testing plaform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky OOO til 6/23 N. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

QA Wolf has enabled us to automatically run an exhaustive test suite to ensure the releases we build are really ready for the public, and that the changes don't introduce serious regressions. I love how it integrates with Asana and Slack so that we can get the most up to date results right into our workflows. The dashboard where I can monitor the number of tests passing or failing is super helpful. The QA Wolf team is so responsive, understands our business so well, and has really built tools that help us ensure a high product quality. We have great communication that ensures that when we make changes, our tests are maintained and updated promptly. I honestly don't think I could launch another product without using them from the get-go.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I like everything about QA Wolf and can't think of anything I would change!!

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf solves the need to have an in-house QA team, and reduces our reliance on manual tests. With their tool we're able to run automated testing on our mobile app. Before this we had to have our engineers manually test each release, which took ~2-3 days to complete. While we still run manual tests as a smokescreen, we have reduced our hands-on time to about 20 minutes per build.
I also appreciate that building test cases for QA Wolf helps us to formally document features and expected results. It's really helpful to have the app functionality organized logically by the test cases.

The QA Wolf team are excellent comunicators. They are proactive in keeping up to date with our product changes and any test failures, and very understanding of our situation. They are very quick to respond to any queries, and commit lots of time to helping us when we ask them to.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Test workflows can't be run in parallel, and can be slow when tests span multiple devices (e.g. switching between web and mobile).

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to change our product quickly, and don't have an internal automation-focused QA team that can enable that. Hiring one takes time and doesn't guarantee success, while a proven 3rd party like QA Wolf does.

  ### 47. So easy to implement, fantastic coverage, awesome communication!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I absolutely love QAWolf's automation solutions; they're able to take the Test Cases we provide, and come back to us with reliable and efficient automated tests! They're amazing communicators, are always quick to report real bugs, and are completely open to take part in follow-up chats. They've been so valuable in all of the work that we do every day, and have been huge in giving us peace of mind, whether it's automating tests for new features, or existing systems!

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I only wish the text editor when making Coverage Requests on the QAWolf side was a little more robust; adding Coverage Requests in Slack is a good alternative, but I feel like it would be easier to have everything contained on the QAWolf end - a better text editor, with the ability to add images, etc. - might help!

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Across the board, QAWolf has been a huge help for us at Prodigy. When it comes to automated tests across our existing websites to make sure core functionality is going strong, QAWolf has been there. When there's new features, or user experiments, that we'd like to automate, and look into over shorter periods, QAWolf has been a great help! Even when testing different user scenarios within our games, QAWolf has been absolutely incredible with that too! They've been a very reliable partner in software automation!

  ### 48. Collaborative, highly effective QA partners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan G. | Sr Director of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I have found working with QA Wolf to be very rewarding; they are a skilled, engaged, highly professional team that cares about results and adding value. They are very autonomous and are able to develop rigorous test coverage with little guidance, and thoroughly vet bugs before forwarding them to us. While working with them, we've had excellent engagement...none of the delayed back and forth that sometimes characterizes engagements with other firms, nor a flood of valid but low-impact bugs to provide their value. Instead, they've shown up as I would expect members of my own team to, which makes me comfortable on relying on them for this function, and which makes the teams they interact with here happy to have them.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

I can't think of any, really. Even the tests they write belong to us, so we aren't locked in due to sunk cost issues.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA Wolf has bootstrapped out frontend test automation, which is not something we've focused on previously. They brought a wealth of experience and insight and have helped this program be truly effective.

  ### 49. a QA partner who is always alert

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel S. | Backend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

I appreciate how they maintain consistent communication and respond quickly. They are also proactive in informing you about any potential issues with your product.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

Occasionally, some behaviors that are reported as bugs turn out to be expected features. However, thanks to their proactive approach, these misunderstandings are resolved quickly.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA ensures that our software meets high quality standards and that each new release maintains that same quality.

  ### 50. Great AI Partner

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis M. | Direct of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about QA Wolf?**

Saves a ton of time being able to offload some of the testing burden. Customer support is top notch, easy to use. Implementing a new coverage is as simple as recording a loom, and the team is whip smart.

**What do you dislike about QA Wolf?**

the only downside is that the test suite can take a while to run, but that is mostly on us since we have a massive app and test suite.

**What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a super complex app with many moving pieces. QA Wolf helps us offload the QA burden.
