I only wish the text editor when making Coverage Requests on the QAWolf side was a little more robust; adding Coverage Requests in Slack is a good alternative, but I feel like it would be easier to have everything contained on the QAWolf end - a better text editor, with the ability to add images, etc. - might help! I have found working with QA Wolf to be very rewarding; they are a skilled, engaged, highly professional team that cares about results and adding value. They are very autonomous and are able to develop rigorous test coverage with little guidance, and thoroughly vet bugs before forwarding them to us. While working with them, we've had excellent engagement...none of the delayed back and forth that sometimes characterizes engagements with other firms, nor a flood of valid but low-impact bugs to provide their value. Instead, they've shown up as I would expect members of my own team to, which makes me comfortable on relying on them for this function, and which makes the teams they interact with here happy to have them.
