The team at Solutions 360 knows and understands our industry. This is reflected in the software they produce. Q360 is a complete solution handling every aspect of our business. There really isn't anything I dislike. A feature that would be extremely helpful is to add Field Level Security to restrict users from selecting certain options in a drop-down field linked to a general code (i.e. only allowing specified users to select certain statuses or types. Solutions 360 has a team of experts, that are helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. They are a team that cares about their customer and are willing to listen to ideas. When those ideas make sense and are useful to the industry, they are implemented. The software is forward-thinking, looks to predict, and is constantly improving. Q360 has helped our organization become more efficient and create accountability amongst departments and roles. The clarity provided through reporting, financials, and dashboards has helped with executive decision-making and forecasting. On occasion, special needs or customizations can take a long time to implement. However, it is understood that all changes need to be vetted and reviewed to ensure quality. Also, at times during upgrades, certain custom features may need to be reprogrammed to work properly in the new version. Q360 gave us a number of significant improvements over our prior system. In addition to the great analytical data at our fingertips what I liked most was the visibility we had to the data and the easy ways to present it.
