What do you like best about PureSocial?

It is easy to use, doesn't need complex configuration to set it up. The interface of the new widget is very attractive.

Also, attaching files and pictures in the new widget is a good thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PureSocial?

In the beginning, many issues occurred in the new widget. But with the help of the Support team, these issues were solved.

What problems is PureSocial solving and how is that benefiting you?

PureSocial is very helpful to reply to all customers' inquiries using one channel from ( Facebook, Instagram, ....... ) and separate them into different queues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PureSocial?

I like the ease of use, being able to connect from anywhere, keep track of the entire operation and the real-time statistics of the results.

Omnichannel is also a factor that we consider vital in our daily operations.

What do you dislike about PureSocial?

The difficulty of accessing the database data remotely or with a driver such as OBDC

It should not have extra cost, to be able to make these connections. We need more tools for DataBase Managers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PureSocial:

Review the current software vs. Genesys PureCloud in the comparison table, to evaluate each point and establish the most appropriate configuration path for the new software.

Old processes are not necessarily optimized for the new Genesys PureCloud system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Measurement of service levels in emails, social networks and written messages.

Automation of messages based on work schedules.

What do you like best about PureSocial?

It´s an excellent tool to deploy other projects and improve the Customer Experience! It´s nice to be able to connect through any social network and get solutions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PureSocial?

I don´t know some unique features of the PureSocial tool. I´m an engineer, and I belong to the technology team, and these items are part of the customer and service experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

some problem responses are not well accepted, it needs to be better evaluated with Facebook ways of asking questions that are unknown and if they are not from Facebook we will have to improve the way we position the answers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
