"Effortless Cost Monitoring Across AWS Accounts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pump?

Pump provides a centralized platform for monitoring and receiving alerts about costs across several AWS accounts. Its interface is straightforward and user-friendly, making it especially helpful for non-technical users who want to access their information without navigating the AWS console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

For some time, Pump lacked detailed cost reporting. However, this feature was introduced recently, and we are now in the process of learning how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bait and switch sales tactic, to hostage of their billing on AWS"

What do you like best about Pump?

They falsely promise deep discounts on AWS through group buying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

They offer zero means to offboard from their service despite claiming no contract. HAd to escalate to Amazon to get off their billing account. Pure bait and switch to hostage play. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trash tier support, go elsewhere."
0.5/5
What do you like best about Pump?

They have sagemaker reserved pricing which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

Their support is awful and they don’t give a shit. It’s unreal to have a dedicated slack channel and your point person takes one whole month to respond to inquiries even after pinging them multiple times.

In the whole month they didn’t respond we launched a whole new product without their help on a basic inquiry that we had no visibility into because we aren’t owners of the AWS organization.

Go ahead and read the slack channel and see for yourself the multiple month long requests being met by complete silence. Pump support on vacation 99% of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pump?

By using PUMP, we have managed to lower our AWS bills by approximately 30%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

Currently, the available payment methods are restricted to bank debits. It would be much more convenient if credit card payments were also supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative AWS Cost Management with Pump"
4/5
What do you like best about Pump?

What stands out to me about Pump is its intuitive interface that makes tracking AWS expenses a breeze. It not only highlights areas of overspending but also provides personalized recommendations tailored to our specific usage patterns, leading to substantial cost savings without any service interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

One aspect I find less favorable is that Pump sometimes flags critical resources as unnecessary, which requires additional validation on our part. While this isn't a dealbreaker, more accurate insights would significantly enhance the overall effectiveness of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Huge AWS Savings"
4/5
What do you like best about Pump?

What I like best about Pump is how easy it makes saving on AWS costs. It quickly shows where we're overspending and gives simple, actionable tips that actually make a difference—all without disrupting our services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

I dislike that Pump occasionally flags resources we need, needing us to double-check the recommendations. It’s not a major issue, but more precise suggestions would make it much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WARNING: Customers hold as prisoners and promises not kept"

What do you like best about Pump?

Savings on AWS Credits. Nothing else. Never again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

1. Pump activated a feature to prevent customers from leaving their billing organization. So if they don't let you go, you need to migrate you servers. Hard to beleave, but reality.

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_policies_scps_examples_general.html#example-scp-leave-org

2. Pump promissed 5k free credits after signup and short security checkup. After 4 month nothing has happend yet.

Summary. Never again. There are other providers to save AWS credis. Pump is just the wrong one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pump checked all the boxes. easy, simple and most importanly free way to save on my AWS bill."
5/5
What do you like best about Pump?

Pump is a free and easy way to save money on your AWS bill. AWS costs can be tough to handle, especially for small teams like ours in the pre-seed stage. Pump simplifies this by helping us cut our AWS expenses with just a few clicks. it was really easy to integrate with our AWS account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

There's not much to dislike about it because it's basiclly free money returning to us, allowing us to allocate it into various other parts of our company. That being said, it would be exciting if they could expand their support for a wider range of services, including multi-cloud solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
