## Pump Reviews
 ### 1. Quietly Delivers Monthly AWS Savings with Zero Effort

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Pump?**

Pump was connected to our AWS account about a year ago (before my time), and honestly it's just been quietly doing its job in the background ever since. The savings show up every month without anyone on the team having to think about it.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

When Pump shows recommendations, I'd like more visibility into which specific resources are covered. Right now it's a bit of a black box — I can see the savings, but not always the full breakdown of what's being optimized underneath.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two main problems: AWS cost and security. Pump quietly keeps our cloud bill down and the tax benefits are a nice bonus. I also recently used their new security feature to harden our system, which surfaced issues we wouldn't have caught on our own. Solid all-around value.

 ### 2. Good cost savings, but support needs significant improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Herbert R. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

I appreciate the meaningful discounts applied to our AWS account and the clear recommendations provided for purchasing savings plans. Pump’s automated suggestions help reduce costs in a structured way, which is valuable for organizations that follow well-defined processes and require predictable cloud spending.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

The main issue with Pump is their customer support. Response times are consistently slow, especially when the matter involves billing discrepancies, credit applications or other financial topics. In several situations, previously agreed-upon actions were not fulfilled, and the support response was either delayed or unhelpful. This creates unnecessary friction and uncertainty for companies that expect accuracy and reliability in financial operations.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump helps our organization reduce AWS expenses by identifying potential savings and recommending the purchase of appropriate savings plans. This supports our cost-management efforts by providing structured insights into resource consumption and opportunities for optimization.

While the platform contributes positively to controlling cloud costs, the primary value comes from the automated analysis that helps us maintain financial discipline and predictability in our AWS spending.

 ### 3. Effortless AWS Management and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathon R. | DevOps head, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

Pump are really good when it comes to wanting a hands-off approach to your infrastructure. If you haven't got the resource or the time to understand AWS's complex pricing structure and billing architecture, Pump are a great company to take all that off you and still save you money.

Full of experts, really responsive, always there when you need them, but they're happy to just leave you get on with running your business. Never had any kind of pestering from them.

Great company to work with, highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Honestly, not much to dislike. There was some confusion initially around things like onboarding discounts and how quickly costs come in, but that was mainly it. The rest of it, as I mentioned, is fairly smooth sailing. Yeah, not much really to dislike.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main problems that Pump solves is cost management, to be honest. AWS makes it intentionally obfuscated to understand your bills and where your costs are increasing, where they're being over-utilised and under-utilised. Pump makes all of that really easy by managing the reserving of instances, the discounted benefits that you get, and you get a nice simple bill at the end.

 ### 4. Avoid: Internal Chaos Leaves Clients to Suffer Alone

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit K. | Director Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

To be completely honest, it is difficult to find a positive aspect of our experience with Pump. While the company markets itself as a provider of significant client benefits and cloud cost savings, we found that they consistently failed to deliver on these commitments.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

The biggest issue is the total lack of coordination and communication within the company. We were constantly bombarded with conflicting statements and different promises from various team members. It feels as though the internal departments do not talk to each other. Ultimately, everything falls apart because there is no unified strategy or follow-through, leaving the client to suffer the consequences and manage the fallout on their own.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially sought out Pump for Cloud Cost Management, expecting them to streamline our AWS/cloud spending and provide the benefits they advertised. However, instead of solving our cost issues, the engagement added a layer of stress due to their inability to stick to their word. We have not seen the promised benefits materialize.

 ### 5. Super Cost-Efficient and Secure AWS Billing Management -- Saving lots of money thanks to PUMP.co !!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filip K.

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

I use Pump to save money on my AWS bills, and it has been incredibly effective in helping us save a lot financially. I appreciate how it automates the management of reserved instances, which streamlines processes and reduces manual oversight. Additionally, the cost savings have been impactful to our organization, enhancing our budget efficiency. I particularly enjoy the Security module, which conducts neat assessments of our AWS security posture into different applicable frameworks such as SOC2, HIPAA, and AWS Well Architected Framework. This module is highly valuable because it provides detailed feedback that validates our security posture, offering assurance and peace of mind. Moreover, the initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the guidance provided by their representative, who made the process simple and quick, completing it in just minutes. Overall, my experience with Pump has been overwhelmingly positive, leading me to give it a high recommendation score.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Nothing!

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pump to save money on AWS bills and automate reserved instance management. It provides cost savings and assurance by validating our security posture against frameworks like SOC2 and HIPAA.

 ### 6. Effortless Cost Optimization with Pump

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex P.

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

I love how Pump is super easy to use and significantly optimizes our cost structure with minimal input from us. It's amazing how it seamlessly provides the cost savings we're looking for. I really appreciate the ability to purchase compute capabilities and other resources in bulk, gaining discounts and flexibility that are much more advantageous than what we could achieve on our own through the AWS marketplace. The initial setup was also incredibly easy, thanks to the competent account team who did a fantastic job. Overall, Pump makes cost management straightforward and efficient while delivering tangible financial benefits.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

When there are drastic changes in the deployment profile, the allocation infrastructure might not adapt quickly enough. This can be an issue because it hampers the efficient handling of rapid changes, which can be crucial in dynamic environments.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pump to save money on AWS costs by optimizing our cost structure effortlessly, even with minimal input, and benefit from buying compute capabilities in bulk, obtaining discounts, and utilizing flexible reserve instances.

 ### 7. Overpromise, under-deliver, a case study

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noy R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

The Pump.co website had a clean and straightforward look, with a design that was easy enough to follow. The fonts were modern and the layout didn’t feel cluttered, so browsing through the different sections was simple. The graphics they used, like the diagrams and badges, gave the site a bit of polish without making it feel too busy. Overall, it came across as professional but not particularly unique—more functional than memorable.

The navigation worked fine, with the menus laid out clearly and the steps for getting started explained in a logical way. Moving from one section to another was smooth, and the resources like blogs and case studies were easy to find. It wasn’t groundbreaking, but it also didn’t get in the way. The site did its job, presenting the product clearly, even if the overall feel was more “good enough” than impressive.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

We are a deep tech company with extensive experience in ML-ops and cloud infrastructure, so we took Pump.co’s pitch seriously when they promised us 30–40% savings on our $50k per month GCP spend. The onboarding looked smooth and the messaging was confident, but the reality could not have been further from what was promised. Instead of meaningful reductions, the savings were 0. In fact, the way the system was applied actually increased our costs, which was the exact opposite of what we were told to expect. For a team used to scrutinizing models and pipelines at scale, the gap between the claims and the actual outcome was glaring.

The experience overall was frustrating and disappointing. The UI may have looked polished, but once we got into the substance, it was clear the product wasn’t ready to deliver the kind of results it advertised. Rather than realizing efficiencies, we ended up wasting both time and money, with nothing to show for it. What was marketed as a way to automate savings turned into an exercise in explaining why the savings never materialized. For us, it underscored the difference between marketing promises and operational reality—and we would caution other companies to be skeptical of the advertised numbers.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost savings on GCP, and it did not solve it at all.

 ### 8. Horrendous Support, Terrible Sales Experience.

**Reviewed by:** Rahil S.

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

I find the user interface and user experience of Pump simple enough to understand issues.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

I experienced significant challenges with Pump's service. The onboarding process was poorly handled, as I had to repeatedly remind the team to schedule my onboarding call. Although I was promised free credits for switching to Pump, these were never applied. Additionally, every invoice has had a 3% credit card surcharge, despite the sales team explicitly assuring me that this would not happen. I expected to receive dollar invoices without tax, similar to what Builder provided, but the invoices from Pump consistently contain errors and tax charges. Furthermore, the support has been abysmal; I have been trying to contact them weekly without any resolution, feeling like I'm endlessly passed from one employee to another without addressing the issues. Finally, although the UI and UX are simple and effective, constant support problems and bugs have severely limited the product's usability.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

 ### 9. Effortless AWS Billing with Top-Notch Support

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

The migration process to Pump was straightforward, allowing us to transition with minimal hassle. The support team is commendable for their responsiveness, ensuring any issues are swiftly resolved without causing downtime, which is crucial for maintaining business continuity. Additionally, the financial benefits are significant as Pump helps us save costs effectively. Overall, the combination of these features and the strong support makes Pump a reliable and valuable tool in our operations.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Nothing

 ### 10. Exceptional Onboarding and Support, Great Tool to Easily Reduce Your AWS Cost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kai F. | Co-Founder & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

The onboarding was simply amazing. We directly had a nice call with a friendly sales rep, the setup/connection with our AWS account went fully automatic and super smooth, and since the we have a joint Slack channel with them, where all our questions are answered within a super smooth time.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Since our start, the % of savings on our account decreased, but this can also be the case due to our changing server infrastructure or due to AWS pricing changes.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It significantly reduces our AWS bill through a "group purchasing approach".

 ### 11. Effortless Cost Monitoring Across AWS Accounts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge L. | Staff Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

Pump provides a centralized platform for monitoring and receiving alerts about costs across several AWS accounts. Its interface is straightforward and user-friendly, making it especially helpful for non-technical users who want to access their information without navigating the AWS console.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

For some time, Pump lacked detailed cost reporting. However, this feature was introduced recently, and we are now in the process of learning how to use it.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit I noticed is the cost savings.

 ### 12. Bait and switch sales tactic, to hostage of their billing on AWS

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Campbell M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Pump?**

They falsely promise deep discounts on AWS through group buying

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

They offer zero means to offboard from their service despite claiming no contract. HAd to escalate to Amazon to get off their billing account. Pure bait and switch to hostage play.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allegedly to save money on AWS

 ### 13. Trash tier support, go elsewhere.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

They have sagemaker reserved pricing which is nice.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Their support is awful and they don’t give a shit. It’s unreal to have a dedicated slack channel and your point person takes one whole month to respond to inquiries even after pinging them multiple times.

In the whole month they didn’t respond we launched a whole new product without their help on a basic inquiry that we had no visibility into because we aren’t owners of the AWS organization.

Go ahead and read the slack channel and see for yourself the multiple month long requests being met by complete silence. Pump support on vacation 99% of the time.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed cheaper sagemaker inference costs.

 ### 14. Save 60% using Pump!

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Finops aspect is lacking, vantage does better here. But I'm told they are getting there soon

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump had been amazing for us, in cutting down our ondemand AWS EC2 spends by more than 60%. It's a no brainer, and highly recommend!

 ### 15. Significant AWS Savings Made Simple with PUMP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yogesh P. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Pump?**

By using PUMP, we have managed to lower our AWS bills by approximately 30%.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Currently, the available payment methods are restricted to bank debits. It would be much more convenient if credit card payments were also supported.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump has helped us reduce our AWS expenses.

 ### 16. Transformative AWS Cost Management with Pump

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Pump?**

What stands out to me about Pump is its intuitive interface that makes tracking AWS expenses a breeze. It not only highlights areas of overspending but also provides personalized recommendations tailored to our specific usage patterns, leading to substantial cost savings without any service interruptions.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

One aspect I find less favorable is that Pump sometimes flags critical resources as unnecessary, which requires additional validation on our part. While this isn't a dealbreaker, more accurate insights would significantly enhance the overall effectiveness of the tool.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump effectively eliminates our AWS cost inefficiencies by locating underutilized resources and generating actionable recommendations for optimization. This not only results in reduced cloud expenditures but also empowers our team with better visibility into our usage. Overall, we can reallocate savings towards new projects, streamline our budgeting process, and enhance our strategic planning efforts.

 ### 17. Huge AWS Savings

**Reviewed by:** Arnold W. | Freelance Blogger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Pump?**

What I like best about Pump is how easy it makes saving on AWS costs. It quickly shows where we're overspending and gives simple, actionable tips that actually make a difference—all without disrupting our services.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

I dislike that Pump occasionally flags resources we need, needing us to double-check the recommendations. It’s not a major issue, but more precise suggestions would make it much better.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump helps us cut down on AWS overspending by spotting unused resources and giving us clear tips to optimize. This means lower cloud costs, more budget for other projects, and a simpler way to manage our expenses

 ### 18. WARNING: Customers hold as prisoners and promises not kept

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Pump?**

Savings on AWS Credits. Nothing else. Never again.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

1. Pump activated a feature to prevent customers from leaving their billing organization. So if they don't let you go, you need to migrate you servers. Hard to beleave, but reality.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_policies_scps_examples_general.html#example-scp-leave-org

2. Pump promissed 5k free credits after signup and short security checkup. After 4 month nothing has happend yet.

Summary. Never again. There are other providers to save AWS credis. Pump is just the wrong one.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High spend

 ### 19. I like to share that AWS service is amazing

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Pump?**

Pump provides a user-friendly interface that makes tracking cloud expenses effortless

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

integrations with third-party tools would improve its overall efficiency

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without tools like Pump, it’s difficult to have a clear picture of cloud usage across different services and team

 ### 20. Pump checked all the boxes. easy, simple and most importanly free way to save on my AWS bill.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Pump?**

Pump is a free and easy way to save money on your AWS bill. AWS costs can be tough to handle, especially for small teams like ours in the pre-seed stage. Pump simplifies this by helping us cut our AWS expenses with just a few clicks. it was really easy to integrate with our AWS account.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

There's not much to dislike about it because it's basiclly free money returning to us, allowing us to allocate it into various other parts of our company. That being said, it would be exciting if they could expand their support for a wider range of services, including multi-cloud solutions.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large companies negotiate exclusive deals and discounts with cloud providers, which startups typically cannot access. Moreover, large corporations benefit from substantial finance and DevOps teams that specialize in optimizing savings. In contrast, smaller companies or teams often struggle to tap into these advantages. This is precisely where Pump has come to our rescue. They have enabled us to take these savings opportunities for free.

 ### 21. Pump is a very easy way to reduce your AWS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar L. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Pump?**

I like that it was easy to setup and that it gave me no problems from the begining. Pump is a simple software but does what it promises it cuts your AWS bill almost in half.

After the YC deal of AWS our company we reduced our usage to 50% but that was not enough and it was using a lot of resources the money we could use to improve our platform/service. So we found and starte using pump that lowered our usage another 50%.

This is just amazing and I recommend anyone to give it a shot.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

So easy that is scary, befor start using pump I had a lot of doubts about what will happen to my system. I wish to have more information before starting using it (however now I don't need it)

Also a bit of annoyance is that pump will be your billing contact for AWS meaning you will deal with them instead of AWS. So negotiation of costs to AWS needs to go through pump.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduced the cost of AWS

 ### 22. Pump is the best for its easy installation and free service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dewan Z. | Freelance Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Pump?**

Pump is a brilliant tool that helps to reduce AWS bills significantly. I was amazed by how much money could be saved using Pump, without compromising on the quality or performance of the cloud services. Pump is very easy to use, and it integrates seamlessly with my AWS account.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

I don’t like their website design… sometimes it seems too complicated… I will suggest them that they make their website’s design more User friendly and keep the important information only.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump is solving the problem of cloud cost optimization, which is a challenge for many cloud users. AWS comes with a lot of complexity and unpredictability. Pump helps to cloud spending more efficiently, finding the best pricing options

 ### 23. Revolutionizing Pump Efficiency: Embracing AWS for Seamless Operations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clinton O. | Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Pump?**

``I've been using AWS for pump applications for a while, and I must say it's been a game-changer. The scalability and flexibility AWS offers make it a perfect match for pump systems, allowing me to easily adjust resources based on demand fluctuations. The seamless integration with IoT devices lets me monitor and control pumps remotely, optimizing performance and reducing downtime. AWS's robust security measures keep my data safe, while the real-time analytics empower me to make data-driven decisions for improved efficiency. It's onboarding is really simple to understand by any beginner. It saves more than 50% of my money. The cost-effectiveness of AWS ensures I'm only paying for what I use, making it a smart investment for any pump-related project. Without a doubt, AWS has elevated my pump operations to a new level of efficiency and convenience."

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Sometimes I get frustrated with the pump AWS application's occasional connectivity issues, causing disruptions in remote monitoring and control, leading to potential operational inefficiencies. But apart from that it's a great application and I believe more improvements are coming in.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump AWS is addressing the challenges of remote pump management and data analysis. By offering real-time monitoring and control capabilities, it allows me to oversee pump operations from anywhere. This convenience minimizes the need for on-site visits and enables timely response to any issues, reducing downtime. Additionally, Pump AWS's data analytics helps me make informed decisions by providing insights into pump performance trends, enabling proactive maintenance and optimizing efficiency. Overall, Pump AWS enhances operational efficiency, saves time, and supports better decision-making in pump management.

 ### 24. Pump is a smart and easy way to save on AWS costs! Highly recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Pump?**

Pump uses group buying and AI (PumpGPT) to help me save large amounts on AWS bills without any engineering effort. The interface of Pump is simple and intuitive and looks great. I can easily share my savings reports and insights from Pump with other leadership members. I like how Pump also does not require many of my AWS permissions (only billing) so I trust their system.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

The main drawback of Pump is that it only supports AWS, but many companies including mine are multi-cloud. I am eagerly waiting for Azure support, as well as other providers like Google Cloud. It would be very cool if Pump could offer cross-cloud optimization and tell me which cloud to deploy virtual machines on based on the cost and availability. This would make Pump a one-stop solution for cloud cost management and I would use it for all my virtual machine buying.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a CTO, Pump solves the problem of high and unpredictable cloud costs for my company. Cloud costs are the second largest spend after headcount, and they can quickly eat up our budget and affect our profitability. Usually I spin up instances to test out if the performance is good, but I am often not sure I want a long term commitment and end up paying more than the Reserved Instnace cost. Pump lets me use instances for as long as I need at a low cost and also resell them easily to other users when I don't need them.

 ### 25. Effortless AWS Cost Savings with Pump

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

"The setup procedure is incredibly simple and uncomplicated. I just had to link to our AWS account, and within under half an hour, we were ready to proceed. Their team is highly responsive and has been a pleasure to collaborate with."

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

I find myself thoroughly satisfied with every aspect; there isn't a single thing that I can pinpoint as a dislike.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump has effectively addressed issues related to disorganized data, ineffective teamwork, limited personalization, and the fragmentation of tools. Its offerings have significantly enriched my experience by improving orderliness, fostering collaborative efforts, tailoring to my methods, and rationalizing my suite of tools. Pump goes beyond being a mere task and project management platform; it stands as an all-encompassing resolution that enables me to optimize my work approach and attain superior outcomes.

AWS has been saving us 40%+ on AWS each month. No-brainer, and wish we had done it sooner. Setup is very straightforward, took us just 2 days to get started, and they have a super responsive team when we had a few questions to go through with them.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Currently covers AWS, only. Part of our spend is on GCP, hoping they launch support there soon.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump is reducing our cloud cost spend significantly (40%+).

**What do you like best about Pump?**

Wow, I feel like I've been living under a rock! As a new product adopter in the tech industry, I'm always eager to explore innovative solutions. Pump seems like a fantastic discovery for AWS cost optimization. How did I not find out about it earlier? The potential of up to 60 % savings without the need for intricate engineering or financial risks is incredible. The group buying volume discounts make it even more compelling. I can't wait to implement Pump and see the results!

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

If they could provide automated discounts for GCP as they do for AWS, it would be perfect for our cloud cost optimization efforts

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use it for getting automated discounts on our AWS monthly charges. It's impressive how pump handles the optimization process seamlessly, resulting in significant savings without the need for us to manually intervene. This has allowed us to focus on other strategic aspects of our business while knowing our AWS costs are being taken care of efficiently

 ### 29. One of the greatest innovations for companies utilizing AWS

Pump is simply THE BEST company for optimizing your cloud costs. They have directly saved me tens if not hundreds of thousands. Any AWS user should drop what they're doing and sign up. You're literally losing money by not signing up.

**What do you dislike about Pump?**

Hard to find a negative but I'd say they could offer PLG. But even then I can't say anything bad about Pump - my experience has been nothing but stellar.

**What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pump helps lower cloud costs by leveraging group-buying. They've directly saved my firm tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. They are super easy to work with and Spandana is a highly competent and responsive founder.
