What do you like best about PULT?

Pult is an excellent tool that solves several challenges for me. The intuitive interface allows me to easily locate specific colleagues, enhancing collaboration and communication. I also appreciate the clear overview of office space occupancy, which helps streamline room planning and avoid overbooking. What do you like best about PULT?

The implementation was done quickly and also the integration of Microsoft EntraID to onboard our user accounts.

With just a few clicks, I can easily book desks and plan my workweek, which significantly simplifies the daily work routine. The intuitive user interface and fast response times make using the software a pleasant experience. The "Help Section" is very detailed and clearly structured, providing excellent support. What do you dislike about PULT?

A few features are missing, but... They are either already in the works or noted as requests. One suggestion for improvement was even implemented within a very short time. (actually this field should remain empty) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PULT?

Very quick and easy/frictionless set up without any technical challenges

What do you like best about PULT?

Pult is smart and simple. It solves exactly our problem: who will be coming to the office and does he/she still have a desk to work? The setup is easy, the colleagues think it's great and the support is good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PULT?

- good looking ituitive frontend

- integration into a lot of other system like (Office365, Personio, ...)

- automatic booking of workplaces

What do you like best about PULT?

In our opinion, PULT is the best tool available in the market. We analyzed in a 4 week process the major competitors, but pult offered the most comprehensive functionality for what we needed. Imho, the competitors such as Yoffix or Deskbird were more advanced in telling sales stories, but that is not what we wanted. Overall, PULT is super easy to use via Slack (offer MS Teams as well) with a beautiful design. The team adds new features every week at no additional costs. Their customer support was in our case awesome, they did the floorplan layouts for us and supported with a very fast solution once we had a request after the rollout. Highly recommended. What do you dislike about PULT?

- Less "sales pushy" than others

What do you like best about PULT?

Great User experience. The Feedback from our employees was positive, everyone liked the usability and easiness. Julius and the team is super friendly and we had a great communication. They were always happy to answer our questions asap. Best for us was the slack integration!

What do you dislike about PULT?

I don't really know what to say here. We really enjoyed working with Pult. Me, as Office Manager, liked it most because it ist a great tool to track the office occupancy. The employees really booked a workplace in advance as it is super easy and does not require much steps or guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PULT?

I love being able to see who is in the office and in which area. Instead of slacking colleagues and asking hem if/they want to be in the office. It's also proved very useful when i see someone i don't recognize to be able to check who it is :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PULT?

We are struggling to keep momentum in the company and ensure everyone logs in and updates their Pult status. Most employees still use the slack emoji status. It would be great if pult status would automatically sync Slack status! Another thing is the slack interface would be even better if it looked closer to the web dashboard (more user friendly instead of as a list) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PULT?

We changed some areas of our office to Flex desks and Pult is helping us with keeping track of who is coming in and providing seats. Especially in some weeks of the year where the office is quite oacked everyone can pick their own seat in advance and knows where to go. Super simply to use with the slack integration. We also use it to block seats for our new starters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PULT?

You can add the new peeps as soon as they activated slack and not as soon as they have like an active working email, but this is just small thing. sometimes it would help for us two main admins to be able to block more than one seat in cases where we have more than 2 new starters to block seats for.
