I wish there was more room for customization on the check-in workflow. For example, there are times we'd like to make a small modification to a screen but we are defaulted to either keeping the page as it is or creating a custom screen. If we have multiple questions we'd like to add, we have to have a whole screen for it instead of adding it to a pre-existing screen. Additionally, tracking recurring visitor passes isn't very easy, as we basically have to go day-by-day to find out who has them as opposed to being able to filter by it. Additionally, I can't seem to understand why delivery notification emails can't be customized as well. I wish we were also able to text visitors regarding their delivery instead of just email, which is not currently possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have a warehouse in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Before Proxyclick, it was an utter nightmare to get visitors in to see us unless we wanted to drop everything and "meet" our visitors at the security gate. Each time this would take a minimum of twenty minutes to perform this task. It got to the point where I would discourage visits altogether. This was not good for business, as you could imagine. There is not much to dislike. But, The Navy Yard is the administrator. So, if I want to delete a visit, I have to email them to have this done. It has helped us to implement a more efficient way of logging our office visitors, removes a paper trail for our receptionists and gives a great first impression to our guests. Also allows us to gather data on peak periods, regular visitors etc. From a security standpoint it also allows us to track and monitor who is in the office which is imperative in situations where there is a fire or emergency. This isn't so much a dislike but maybe us not using the product to its full potential, there are many different features to proxylick (Ticket Management, Facilities Ticketing, Label Printing etc) We dont use these but were very keen to setup SSO with our Azure environment and was a bit disappointed that this wasn't a feature available as standard and instead we had to purchase an elevated licence to enable this feature. ProxyClick's Enterprise Lobby Check-In system has solved a number of issues for us. We now easily collect non-disclosure agreements from all of our visitors, easily track who has visited our campus and streamlined our group visit process. The system relies on iPads for the hardware piece and unfortunately you cannot disable Apple updates. When the updates occur, you need to reset the iPad to re-enable ProxyClick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to upload excel spreadsheets of large visitor groups is such a time saver. It is easy to bulk add and edit. This tool makes our quarterly reporting so much easier. One-off visitors are easy to add, even by the newest user of the system, and return visitors are even simpler. The system stores all their information and photo in the Visitor Address Book . The only thing I dislike about this tool is that only ONE person can be assigned to get notified of a visitor/group's arrival. This can cause a bit of extra work, especially when there are multiple people who want to meet/greet the visitors upon arrival. We didn't have any trouble setting the system up (iPads, printer, accessing the website, etc).
The web interface is really good and integration with our existing environment (e.g. SSO) worked flawlessly.
