What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

I like the ease of use when it comes to registering visitors and being able to customize their email. I also appreciate being able to set different permissions for admins/users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

I wish there was more room for customization on the check-in workflow. For example, there are times we'd like to make a small modification to a screen but we are defaulted to either keeping the page as it is or creating a custom screen. If we have multiple questions we'd like to add, we have to have a whole screen for it instead of adding it to a pre-existing screen. Additionally, tracking recurring visitor passes isn't very easy, as we basically have to go day-by-day to find out who has them as opposed to being able to filter by it. Additionally, I can't seem to understand why delivery notification emails can't be customized as well. I wish we were also able to text visitors regarding their delivery instead of just email, which is not currently possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proxyclick | Visitor Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our building has about 500 users of proxyclick, being able to empower everyone to create their own visitors has been really helpful for our team, instead of putting the weight on the administrative/receptionist team. The ease of use is also helpful when teaching new employees or members how to use it. This is also beneficial to the user as well, as they take the lead with handling their own check in. Additionally, the multiple notification system of Proxyclick is helpful when I need to make sure a host has received a notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

I have a warehouse in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Before Proxyclick, it was an utter nightmare to get visitors in to see us unless we wanted to drop everything and "meet" our visitors at the security gate. Each time this would take a minimum of twenty minutes to perform this task. It got to the point where I would discourage visits altogether. This was not good for business, as you could imagine. Creating a QR code that you scanned at the gate has made our lives easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much to dislike. But, The Navy Yard is the administrator. So, if I want to delete a visit, I have to email them to have this done. I understand why this has to be done, but sometimes mistakes happen and it takes a bit of time to create emails and such to have this task done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Technology moves very slowly at the Brooklyn Navy Yard as some of these buildings and companies are generations old. For everyone to come together and embrace the technology of ProxyClick it was probably not an easy task. Time management, enhanced security, and scheduling efficiency are some of the benefits of this tool. What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

It has helped us to implement a more efficient way of logging our office visitors, removes a paper trail for our receptionists and gives a great first impression to our guests. Also allows us to gather data on peak periods, regular visitors etc. From a security standpoint it also allows us to track and monitor who is in the office which is imperative in situations where there is a fire or emergency. What do you dislike about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

This isn't so much a dislike but maybe us not using the product to its full potential, there are many different features to proxylick (Ticket Management, Facilities Ticketing, Label Printing etc) We dont use these but were very keen to setup SSO with our Azure environment and was a bit disappointed that this wasn't a feature available as standard and instead we had to purchase an elevated licence to enable this feature. As mentioned previously, an efficient easy to use product that has saved time and money and also gives a great first impression to new visitors to our office. What problems is Proxyclick | Visitor Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main initial problem was having an efficient, paperless way to keep track of visitors to our office. Proxyclick does this and with added benefits of us being able to report on the number of visitors and have live logs of who is on site in case of an emergency/security issue. What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

ProxyClick's Enterprise Lobby Check-In system has solved a number of issues for us. We now easily collect non-disclosure agreements from all of our visitors, easily track who has visited our campus and streamlined our group visit process. The system is very intuitive during set up and use. Great support for our initial installation and every time we've had questions or issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

The system relies on iPads for the hardware piece and unfortunately you cannot disable Apple updates. When the updates occur, you need to reset the iPad to re-enable ProxyClick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the COVID-19 virsus, we were updating our check-in process to have visitors answer several screening questions to ensure our associates are not put at additional risk. What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

It allows our visitors and employees to sign in very quickly especially if they have signed in before.

With smartflows the system can perform Covid screening and show NDAs to groups of people based on rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

Setup was problematic. The UI could use some work and there is a lot of upselling. If you have to change locations on a kiosk you have to uninstall the application and reinstall it. That isn't me talking that was advice from a customer manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For us the biggest plus is that we can do Covid screening and have the visitors sign NDAs. That this can be saved and tracked is very valuable as our business is very regulated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for taking time to review Proxyclick, happy to hear that it's helping with signing in your visitors and employees. Another option for disconnecting a kiosk from a single account would be in the dashboard settings, deleting the kiosk from the kiosk list in Settings<Visitors<Kiosk List and clicking on the kiosk the iPad is connected to. From here the kiosk will reset from losing that connection and the new unique code, or new login can be performed.

What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

The ability to upload excel spreadsheets of large visitor groups is such a time saver. It is easy to bulk add and edit. This tool makes our quarterly reporting so much easier. One-off visitors are easy to add, even by the newest user of the system, and return visitors are even simpler. The system stores all their information and photo in the Visitor Address Book . You can search the address book by name, email, or company. It's a huge asset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

The only thing I dislike about this tool is that only ONE person can be assigned to get notified of a visitor/group's arrival. This can cause a bit of extra work, especially when there are multiple people who want to meet/greet the visitors upon arrival. We have multiple tour guides around our organization as well as multiple visitors and guests. This system allows seamless notification of these visits and makes the tour guide's job and tour coordinator's job very simple. It takes stress off of the front desk staff who no longer have to hunt down the right guide, since it's automated through the pre-loaded visitor list and proxyclick system. I wanted to help with the notifications: In Proxyclick you are able to customize the notifications and add multiple Users to receive emails automatically that the group/visitor has arrived. You can also add Assistants in your User profile who are notified automatically to that Host's visits.

What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

We didn't have any trouble setting the system up (iPads, printer, accessing the website, etc).

The web interface is really good and integration with our existing environment (e.g. SSO) worked flawlessly.
