What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

Simple tool/software, easy to use. I can organise easily my appointments even if they are just informal appointments. Proxyclick does not require any information cause it's directly linked to my company and I really appreciated this feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

The notification process is a weakness because it's a little bit slow. I always receive an email after that my appointment is ended, could be interesting to have a "remind" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am organising my job appointments, it's easy to send an appointment request to my contacts. I can inform my organisation if I want/need to invite someone scheduling the meeting in an easy way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

I love that Proxyclick is easy to use for visitors and confidential. I also love that I can easily print the emergency list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

The one thing I dislike is it is not easy to edit a recurring group visit once the visit has started. It could be operator error, but it is not user intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proxyclick | Visitor Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem I am solving is that when I am away from reception, the visitor checks in and alerts me and the host to come greet the visitor, so ultimately they are not waiting long before they see a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

No more running arounds looking for hosts, Proxyclick notifies them by text AND email and if they are held up, they will advise me quickly by answering the email. All I have to do is great visitors! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some screens are not bilingual. maybe in another update? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No more wasting time running around the building/plant trying to reach hosts. They are notified easily. I also always know ahead who we our visitors will be during the day as they are preregistered (most of the time!) by hosts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
