I've been using Overloop for about 4 months now, and it has been incredibly useful for my sales process. The drip campaigns and follow-ups are a game-changer, and the task management feature helps me stay on top of my outreach. The interface is very intuitive, making it easy to navigate. Also, whenever I’ve needed support, they’ve been quick to respond and extremely helpful. Overall, Overloop has streamlined my workflow and improved my efficiency. Highly recommend! While Overloop.ai is a great tool with excellent features for drip campaigns, follow-ups, and task management, one downside is the pricing for the new version. It feels a bit expensive for small businesses or individuals who are looking for an affordable solution. While the platform offers great value in terms of functionality, the price point may make it challenging for those with limited budgets to fully leverage the platform. Overloop’s AI lead sourcing is arguably one of the best on the market due to its performance. It was able to quickly pinpoint potential clients in my chosen niche, which would have otherwise required much searches. The generated mails were more personalised and not highly professional for a mail communication outreach. They were much too general and made responses almost negligible. I tried HeyReach, Waalaxy and some of the other systems for LinkedIn that seem to mainly come out of France. Those are good product but Overloop is a hardened platform that is not buggy and a also handles Email which is essential. B2B marketing on Linkedin is important but if you mesh that in a workflow with Email it is even more powerful. Because Overloop also finds emails, I cancelled my subscription to Kaspr. Perfect for creating workflows for automation. Great LinkedIn processes for direct messaging, connection requests. Easy to work prospect lists with great integration with Sales Navigator. It is intuitive and so easy to implement. When working your prospects, you can use third party tools to find email addresses, or use Overloop’s own function. If you need it, there is a good team for support. Some great guides too on how to use and to control the outbound communication flow. We use this constantly in our marketing channel. 1. Product Experience: I have been using Overloop for six months. I went through a comprehensive search to find it. The experience has been excellent.
2. Key Features: There are many features, but the one that I use every day is importing contacts directly from LinkedIn into the CRM and automatically finding their email address. This alone saves me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No one app is going to have all of the features that you are looking for. One drawback is the lack of mobile-ready capability, though this does not affect me as the type of work I do in Overloop is at my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The LinkedIn integration works really great. It is easy to add individuals or a bulk list to Overloop and enroll people into a campaign. The automations work great and their email database is strong.
