Hi, thanks for the review. It looks like you are using our integration, which is obviously one of our cornerstone USP's but it also sounds, from your comments, like you are using our older, on-premise platform. Many of the issues with installed windows applications are a thing of the past with the new browser based web applications. There is a relatively straight forward migration path for on-premise customers. Even if you've looked in the past, we'd love if you could get in touch and we can show you the latest version of this new product. With a new release every two weeks (yes, really!) our new product is already streets ahead of our older on-premise solutions.

What do you like best about Prospect CRM?

CRM aspects are very strong. Customer report writing and bulk updating of data is an excellent tool. Product details section holds more information than most CRMs, possibly due to the CMS side of it though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospect CRM?

The CMS feels like it is stuck in the past and desperately needs updating or at least opened up to more (native) integrations with purpose-built CMS and e-commerce systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prospect CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a CRM it allows us to manage our customer database and report and action upon it rather well. It's integration with MailChimp is a time saver for getting campaigns out but could do with more work to open up more of what MailChimp offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it is the CRM that does not mess with encoding!!! We use French chararcters and exporting data is always a nightmare. Prospect exports everything correctly which is amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is so much but the biggest thing would be the way it works to not only track new customers but how it tracks existing customers and prompted to follow-up and shows if they are trending up or down in sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
