
We’ve been using their forever free plan after our 15-days trial came to an end. Hats off to ProProfs Chat, they offer amazing features and smooth interface for the price they offer. However, we do not require too many features.
We just wanted a tool that helps us answer incoming questions from our customer base easily. That’s exactly what we get to accomplish even with the free plan. Great features and easy-to-use interface that’s free - exactly what we wanted.

- you can see the activity of your customer while he/she is exploring your website – thanks to this feature you can initiate a conversation with your potential customer and help him/her in the purchasing process;
- you get all analytics you need to see how operators of your chats are performing;

I like how our company was able to integrate not just one but different software with ProProfs Chat. We had were looking for a chat software that could be integrated with our WordPress website initially. But later, during the demo of the tool we got to know that we could also integrate our CRM and help desk software. Really became a boon for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What my customer support reps complain about the software is how it is slow. This in turn slows down the process of attending our customers too. Hoping to see this issue get fixed in near future.
