What do you like best about ProProfs Chat?

The best part we liked about the ProProfs chat is the east with which we can put it on our website. It has changed the life of our agents significantly. We have been able to improve our KPI's post installing this chat solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?

The only thing that can be improved in this tool is the implementation of capabilities for the Advanced Chatbots to make it even more responsive and faster.
