The UI is intuitive and lets us manage our user and org settings - which is functionality we previously had to get engineering to update. This makes user management really easy, and lets us setup SSO with Okta and other providers.

Authentication and Account Management seems easy when you start building but you quickly find its much harder than you think and critical to supporting, growing, and monitoring your user base. Overall PropelAuth has been a fantastic company to work with. But one very small issue was that at the time of integrating, there was not a way to fully customize the hosted login page with my own code, so I couldn't make the hosted login page look exactly like some figma mockups our design team created. But there was plenty of built-in customization with background colors, text aligment, custom text, logos, etc that the hosted login page still easily met my company's near term needs.
