The implementation was managed, meaning a technicial was assigned to assist. During the implementation, virtually every setting was reviewed, the default stated, and the implication of a variance explained. The implementation was over several days.

Going forward, ProofPoint performed as represented and expected catching and blocking 'bad' things. When a modification was needed, since I understood the tool, I could make adjustments on my own. ProofPoint allows me to easily see what emails are coming from internal and external sources. Each morning, it delivers an email that has listed all the emails it thinks may be phishy, which is very helpful in my efforts to avoid scam messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nexgate allowed us to see far beyond what we could see without the tool - suddenly, governance was easy and scalable. Furthermore, we had the unique opportunity to build out an incredible baseline of competitive profiles utilizing Nexgate's functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tool is young and thus has a somewhat funky UI, however the team was more than willing to work with us, understand our needs, and implement them in future versions. The tagging taxonomy left more to be desired - we were used to more mature tools with integrated and manipulative tagging strategies - but Nexgate is moving towards this model.
