Communication and autonomy. The communication throughout the project was very transparent with sharing of a project plan and direct communication with our assigned project manager. We always knew the stage of the project was at and could see progress as it happened. We gave input as needed but the team was able to produce a great product with minimal input after initial meetings. Our project went over in expected timeline delivery. However, it was clearly communicated that it would so even with this being a down side, we were still able to account and work through this from propper communication from the project team.
