The features offered by both NMC and Movement are quite valuable, especially when it comes to the ease of checking tracking and analysis dashboards. These tools are highly customizable, and integration is straightforward rather than complicated. We've experienced significantly fewer errors with P44 compared to other platforms. What I like most about Project44 is how it’s transformed the way we communicate with our customers about ocean shipments. At times, the tracking updates for certain ocean carriers or transshipment legs can lag a bit, which occasionally affects how quickly we can relay updates to customers. Also, some smaller ports don’t provide complete milestone data, so visibility can drop briefly. While these gaps are rare, they can make proactive communication tricky in a few cases. The product is extremely useful. However, they really stand out on their customer service. Movement is constantly evolving. It is easy and straightforward to use, no matter your age. We log in daily to see the status and updates without any issues. We are also working on integrating, and Movement has been super helpful and it seems to be a fairly straightforward implementation.
