The UI is easy to use and understand. The features and custom options make it our standard products across all of our hospitality clients. **What do you dislike about Profitwatch Call Accounting?** It does have a learning curve if you are doing it yourself. But the support staff can install it all for you, so no real downside. I wouls suggest the PRO version if you want it to run properly after a system reboot, since the STD version will not run as a service. **What problems is Profitwatch Call Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hospitality wants to sut costs everywhere, it is always the voice services that get the ax first. But with ProfitWatch, clients realize that having the call records, wakeup alerts, and 911 alerts, is a must. ### 2.
