Honestly, there isn't a whole lot to particularly like about the platform. If I had to say something it's the fact that it's on the more cost-friendly side when you consider that the filing fee includes state returns as well as amendments. Another positive, although the goal is to never need them--is the support team, the majority of whom are friendly and awesome at getting issues resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where do I start? On business returns, you have to enter the same information up to 5 times if the same person is the main contact. partner/shareholder, officer, tax matter person, etc. The app doesn't have a way to simply select that person to be all of those functions. Additionally, on all return types, there are a lot of diagnostic messages that can't be cleared and have to be "ignored" which is always sketchy to not be able to clear an "error message". The mapping from QuickBooks is terrible, but that's mainly on the QB side, but the ProConnect team should know and get the QB people on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
